How do I pay for subscription?

My user keeps getting the foloowing eMail. How do I pay in Skype Manager so he won't be bothered any longer?
    Hi there XXXXX,       
Problem with your payment
Unfortunately, your   payment failed, but don't worry, we didn't deduct any money from your   account.
Here are your order details:
Skype Name: XXXXX
  Total amount: $10.00
  Transaction date: May 1, 2013
  Order number: [removed for privacy]
  Order status: Refused
Why was my payment refused?
Payments can fail for a   number of reasons. Some common ones:
  1. You didn't have enough money on your card or in your account. Make sure   you have enough money and try again.
  2. You entered incorrect details. Make sure you have the correct details and   try again.
  3. This payment method is temporarily unavailable.
  4. Skype is always doing its best to protect you from any kind of fraud.   Sometimes this can cause perfectly legitimate purchases to be refused.
What can I do?

Hi, Reimer-
I'm going to move this post over to the Creative Cloud forum, which handles all of the subscription questions.  From an initial look, it looks like that Creative Cloud will charge monthly instead of a one-time charge for the entire year, but you should get a confirmation from the staff in that forum before taking me at my word.
