How do I pay on my financial services account...? (Canada)

I recently bought a MacBook Pro through Apples financial services. And I looked EVERYWHERE and even called apple asking how do I pay for it? They told me something about a barelaycard..? Which I have no clue what there talking about. I even went on the website they told me to check out and theres nothing there. So I was wondering maybe I called the states one by accident.
All I receieved in the mail was a cardboard card saying my name and the account number I receieved when I applied for it. Can I just enter that number on my online banking account?
I also read somewhere that you receieved another card besides the cardboard one... I'm extremely confused. If someone can help it would be great. Cause I REALLY want to start paying on it now. And its been a week and a half since I had my MacBook Pro.

Unfortunately, you will need to contact Apple - these forums are for technical problems and we are all users just like you; there is no way we can help with financing arrangemens you've made. You did not mention your location either, so you'll need to look up how to contact Apple; here is a starter:

P.S. Just saw the topic subject includes Canada..... sorry!

  • How do I pay for the premium service?

Whether on my iphone or my ipad, my settings panel looks nothing like the photos posted here.  There is no option to upgrade.  What do I do?

Users who were paying for Elements Plus or Photoshop.com paid storage were issued a refund for the rest of the year and given a free year of Revel. (Elements Plus members also got a free upgrade to Elements 11).
Don't worry about your photos. If you do not renew and  your premium subscription runs out, you just default to the free scheme, which leaves everything that you have in place alone, but just limites the uploads to 50 a month moving forward.
So, go enjoy your free subscription and make user of your unlimited uploads!

  • How do I pay for current level service expiring in Sept.?

My .mac account was converted to iCloud with 50gb of storage until Sept. 2012. Where do I go to pay for the upgrade before it expires. Can't seem to get there from icloud or my Apple account.

It will renew automatically provided the credit card information you have in your Account in the iTunes Store is up to date.

  • SQL server agent job running as Agent Service Account whose service account does not have r/w access but is still able to write?

Hi. I am newer to SQL server security and am reviewing some of our SQL server's configuration to make sure the services are running under accounts with least privilege.  I have a SQL server 2012 instance whose Agent service is configured to run
under an AD user account named 'SQLServices'.  The jobs on this server are configured to run as 'SQL server agent service account', which means they should execute as user 'SQLServices'.  The jobs are set up to execute SSIS packages which read and
write to a database on the same server where the agent job is scheduled and SSIS package installed (all on same server).  The jobs are currently executing without error and are reading writing data correctly.  Upon close examination, it turns out the
SQLServices account is not assigned to the 'sysadmin' role and had no users mapped to any databases on this server.  How are these jobs working?  I verified in profiler that the login name indeed is 'SqlServices'.  I also verified
that SQLServices login has no database access by remote-ing onto the server and trying to log into the DB, and access was denied as expected.  According to the literature, the Agent service needs to be a member of 'sysadmin role' but I am reading
some cases where that is not necessarily the case.  So this is not so concerning.  What is concerning is that the login 'SQLServices' had no access to the databases on that server yet it is reading and writing to the databases as if it does.
The only thing I can think of is maybe jobs run as 'SQL server agent service account' on the same server as the databases it r/w to somehow has some kind of default access.  What am I missing here?  Any input would be helpful.

After 2 days on this forum I found the answer to my own question.  In retrospect, I should have posted this under 'SQL Server Security', but I didn't know it existed.
The 2 threads below explain that Sql agent actually runs using SID (service) NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT if you chose that when you installed.  This will automatically create an associated login NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT in SQL server with sqladmin
role.  This is the login that Agent uses to connect to the local instance of SQL server.  If you changed to domain account to run the service during install or after using config manager, basically NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT is still
used to connect to your local instance behind the scenes (even though you will still see your domain user as account), and the domain account is used to reach outside the server.

  • Service Accounts being crawled

    Dear all,
I have just setup a SP2013 search center.  In the people search, I am able to search out managed service users (e.g. sp_search, which I created to run the search application) are being searched out as a normal users. Of course, they can create a blog
(since I have My Site Host site collection created) if someone login with it.
I think I have missed something in Active Directory configuration? How can I mark sp_search as a service account not a Sharepoint or Windows users? Thanks.
(Sorry that I am not sure I should ask in this forum section.)
    Mark

    Hi Mark,
Also check if you have imported the service accounts to SharePoint User service profile database from AD due to the Synchronization Connection.
Please go to user profile service application and click "Configure Synchronization Connection", make sure the connection is connected to your Organizational Unit (which doesn't contain the service accounts) containing required users from AD, then start a
full synchronization to make sure these service accounts profile don't exist in User profile service db, then start a full search crawl and check results again.

  • Do Group Managed Service Accounts require permissions to run service in question?

I'm testing out GMSA (Group Managed Service Accounts) in Windows 2012 R2. My domain and forest functional level is 2008 R2 (which I understand is the minimal functional level for GMSA support).
Question I have is if I create a new GMSA for a particular service, does the GMSA require permissions to run service? For example, SQL rights, IIS rights, etc...
Also, can they be used to run scheduled tasks? Thanks.

a gMSA is like any other service account. when you it you need to prepare for whatever the app/service requires. the you eed to think HOW to implement. the HOW focusses on if you can use gMSA for the app/service or not, because it depends on the app and
    the underlying os
regarding scheduled task support for gMSA  see

  • SharePoint Service Accounts - Passwords have expiration date when they are set to never expire

The managed accounts in my farm all have the Enable automatic password change
unchecked.  Also these same accounts in AD have the Password never expires
    checked.
If I use get-spmanagedaccount to view the accounts, some passwords show as already expired or have a future expiration date.  The automatic change is set to False and nothing is listed under the Change Schedule.
The strange thing to me is that the passwords listed as expired are still valid and haven't been changed.  I even ran an iisreset just to check and there were no issues.  When I look in CA the next password change area is blank for all accounts.
My question is why do the accounts list a password expiration date if it's set to
not automatically change passwords.  If you do change the password through AD you will see a new expiration date set for 90 days later.  I'm just wondering how much I should worry about the service accounts that are listed
as having expired passwords even though the passwords aren't expired.  My sites and services are running but I'm just curious if this could potentially cause other errors.
    Thoughts?  Prayers?  Condolences?
    Jennifer Knight (MCITP, MCPD)

I checked the My farm as well, you are correct. Even you did not select the automatic password change still it showed 90 days as expiry.
You don't need to worry about it, it will not hurt, one of the dev farm having account which  expired almost 10 months ago. :)
you can double check with in central admin and you will see no expiration set over their.

  • Virtual Service Accounts

Does anyone know  how to list/create/delete/modify virtual service accounts?  It seems like MS is now intent on creating entities capable of logging into my system but I have no way of listing or editing them! Any help is much appreciated.

I had a apple financial sevice account, and had already successfully purchased a 6 plus. But I dont know how to pay for my account, can anyone help me, thx

What do you mean you do not know how to "pay" for your outstanding account? You pay the way you pay for everything, with a legal monetary instrument i.e. cash, credit card, or wire transfer from a bank. And, what does this have to do with Apple Pay?

I got a text saying that I don't pay my bill, my service is going to get cut off by the end of the day. I don't have the funds to pay it in full, so I paid half the amount. Would that suffice? Or would I have to pay it in its entirety to save my service from being cut off?

As it was pointed out making prior arrangements could of helped extend the time you need to get your account back in order..
But if you have to have the phone and its the only thing you have to make calls, I would try other means ( Family, Friends, or other )  to get the rest of the balance payed and you can pay at a Corporate store using the stores Kiosk machine.!   You can pay with Cash, Credit or I think with a  check  but using a check I'd ask the Local store how the policy is on that..
    Hope that Helps.!  Good luck..

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE/ FINANCIAL SERVICE COMPLAINT

I have literally attempted to make a payment via phone 3 times this morning.   I have been blocked from making online payments because my secondary line person made 2 payment promises and they bounced.   I was asked by KINAYSHA WITH FINANCIAL SERVICES to repeat my name when I called the first time and I did .   She then whispered something and when I asked what she said-she put me on hold.   I waited a while then called back.   Well, I got KINAYSHA again.    She did not waste any time in putting me blindly on hold again without telling me.  My question is WHY IS IT SO HARD TO MAKE A PAYMENT.   FURTHERMORE, I GET ON HERE TO COMPLAIN AND ALL IF THE DIRECTIONS TO SEND AN EMAIL THROUGHT THE WEBSITE ARE NON-EXISTENT.   THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE VIA EMAIL AND LIVE CHAT.   I CANNOT LEAVE MY JOB TO CALL AND PLAY ONT HE PHONE WITH VZW REPS.   THERE ARE MOST OF US WHO FIND WEB USE TO BE MORE CONVENIENT BUT THE TOOLS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO DO SO ON THE WEBSITE.   IVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HARD TIME MAKING A PAYMENT.  IF I AM LATE YOU GUYS CALL ME 25 TIMES A DAY.  WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE THAT I HAVE TO MAKE A BLOG POST BECAUSE I AM SO FRUSTRATED.   I AM A LOOOOONG TIME CUSTOMER AND FORMER EMPLOYEE.   IR EMEMBER THE METERICS THAT I HAD TO FOLLOW IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I WAS THERE 6 YEARS AGO AND THEY WERE DIFFICULT.    WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS AT VZW ?!?!?!   I HAVE A PHONE THAT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF CONTRAT AND I HAVE BEEN LOATHE TO RENEW AND GET A NEW PHONE AND THIS DEFINITELY REMINDS ME WHY .

First off stop replying in all caps. And because of what another on your account did via not paying the bill it is them you should be having the conversation with. Fortunately I pay my bills on time or before time, every time!
The stores will take a payment. They cannot refuse a payment under state laws.
Financial Service must also take payments via credit or debit cards.
And don't come on here calling people "illiterate" your the one responsible for anything or anyone on your account.
In this case keep calling until the phones are shut off completely.
No need for nasty comments when someone trys to assist.
    Good Luck

Latest version available of ORACLE SERVICE BUS FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES is 10gR3 (10.3.1.0) and that of ORACLE SERVICE BUS is 11.1.1.3.0
    Are features provided in OSB FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES { like support for specific message formats and protocols such as SWIFT and FIX }
available in OSB 11g and if not, how to get these features with OSB 11g?
    Thanks, Yogesh
Edited by: Yogesh Ketkar on Jun 24, 2010 11:36 AM

It is normal practice to release OSB FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES shortly after release of OSB.
So OSB 11gR1 for Financial services should be released any time soon, as OSB 11g R1 is already released.
Please talk to Oracle Sales representative for exact dates.
