How do I / Can I access "prior" pages in a PDF Doc in iBooks?

I am producing a pdf document that is a decisiopn tree that is to be used on an iPad or iPhone in, of course iBooks for species identifications. I create the book in Pages (for the vector graphics & text) and am placing links using Acrobat. I would like to allow the reader/ user to retrace their steps back through the decision tree the same as is inherent to Acrobat & Reader. But of course the menuing items to do this are not accesible in iBooks nor in any other implementation of a PDF reader that I have found in ios. Is this something (prior page stack - does it exist?) I can access through the developers toolkit?

How do I view all Components the page of a PDF doc?

I'm using the text touch-up tool to make a correction to a document which is auto-generated through an internal system as a very complex pdf document.
The text disappears behind another component as if it's being pushed below another panel.
Is there a tool which would allow me to view a PDF document in much the same way that Word has a tool.
I'm not so much wanting to edit the document now but more would like to understand how these components are being placed together.
Something that would allow me to see a document and see whether an item was text or whether an item was some type of graphic which cannot be edited.

Jumping to First & Last Pages of a PDF Doc.

I am using Acrobat 9 Pro with Windows XP Pro. In Acrobat 8 Standard, I was able to jump to the first or last pages of a documents without have to use the page navigation arrows. Can I jump to the first and last pages of a PDF doc. in Acrobat 9 Pro? If the answer is "yes", how do I install that feature on my toolbar?

If you don't want to use the navigation arrows, have you simply tried ctrl-home and ctrl-end. Keyboard shortcuts often save a lot of time. I watch folks trying to bring up the little display in PPT a lot, rather than simply using F5 or shift-F5. For some folks, I am not sure they remember what a keyboard is.

Unfortunately, Apple removed the feature to "browse backups" in Time Machine backups of iPhoto a few years ago.
You have to restore the entire iPhoto library to a separate location to be able to "see" it, and then choose the specific images that you want use.

Sounds like it's a problem with the Acrobat settings. Did you set them to the same resolution?

OK, Duh...press and hold on the text and a small menu will pop up. Then use Select, Select All, or just drag the blue handles to select the text you want.

If you want the text to flow from one side to the other, create a new A4 blank landscape document. Set left and right document margins to 1cm:
Type in some placeholder text, select it and set the Layout to 2 equal columns with a 2cm gutter:
Type in the text, it'll end up like this:
If you don't need the text to flow from one side to the other, then an alternative is to draw two equal-sized text boxes and type into them.

for a couple of days I have been on Google looking for a solution, but I can't find any
I have a macbook ( Mavericks) and iWork / PAGES to make bussinesscards, invitations, flyers ....
From the online printershop Flyer.be I received a PDF- layout with the exact messures on how my documents must be.
I know that from Pages I can tranfer my new made documents to PDF (as the printershop requiers) that's no problem
BUT
how do I import their PDF-layout into PAGES?
can this be done in Automator, if yes, How?
can I convert their PDF to a Template for PAGES?
if I don't use their PDF- layout but simply use the original Templates that are in PAGES (for example: envelop), the messures are never the same as those required by the printershop, how can I solve this?
Dus: I need to find out how to use their messures and be able to work in iWork.
Hope it's clearly explaned - as my native language is Dutch

That is not a template for a Business Card. It looks like the template for a Compliments Slip 210 x 100mm.
Also you do not use the Ruler to position things accurately, you use:
Format > Arrange > Size/Position
It looks like the Printer wants each item to be its own document, with Page setup to final size.
There will be a problem however with the page bleed (the image that goes off the edge of the paper) because Pages does not have this.
Swift Publisher does.
PDF files are usually not editable, but Adobe Illustrator will open them and edit them and has all the tools you need to format the Stationery.
Sketch can also open and edit pdfs now and is IMHO absolutely brilliant as well as beautiful to look at.
