How do I prevent all my Apple Devices (IOS, Mac, etc.) from EVER connecting to the damned iCloud?
I really don't want any of my stuff in the "iCloud", but everything needs to be turned off manually. Can't this be a default where you have to turn on the **** iCloud, instead of turning it off?
On iOS devices tap Settings > iCloud > Delete Account
On the Mac, open System Preferences > iCoud then click Sign Out
Keep in mind, without iCloud enabled, you won't have the Find My iPhone (Mac) app to track a lost or stolen device.

If you then want to sign back in using a different ID, do so on the same screen.
I also strongly suggest that you and your wife use different icloud accounts, otherwise all your devices will have the same data on them, same emails, reminders, etc. Most likely not what you want. -
How do I make all my apple devices play the same song at the same time?
I went to a party once and one of their family members was in charge of music. They used iTunes on a laptop and used their wifi hub with itunes, they then had all Apple devices connected to the laptop (through wifi) and played the same song in every room. How did they do it? If so please let me know as I have a party coming up soon!

You can buy any of these, or other devices as long as they say they are AirPlay compatible and they will work.

It will work whenever your wifi signal is.
If you want music in a room, you need something for that room. Or turn up the volume and hear it in the next room also... -
How do I stop all my Apple devices from being connected ?
I screwed up when I set up my apple devices and now they all ring when one is dialed. I can't remember how do reverse this. Seems like I've done this before
KalebsDad78 gave you the right answer. When I set up both of my new iPhone 6 last night, they both rang when a call was directed at either device. Simply going into Settings > Facetime and turning off iPhone Cellular Calls stopped them from both ringing immediately. Changing this does NOT have anything to do with Hand Off whatsoever.

My iCloud account keeps resetting my password. How can i reset all my Apple devices at once?
I have 8 devices to reset each time. It resets the password anywhere from 3 days up to 2 weeks. I getting a little much to keep doing this.
I have this same issue. If you have had your Apple ID for a long time, there used to be a setting that indicated the frequency in which it would force a reset. The switch to change that frequency is no longer part of the Apple ID management website. I read online that calling Apple could help - that they would reset it for you. I tried that a couple of months ago last time it happened. They told me that next time I should just put in the same password three times and it would all be over. However, when I tried that tonight, it wouldn't accept a password which had been previously used. Like you, I have a bunch of devices and an Apple TV - painful.

Make sure all your devices are signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID and Find My iPhone/iPad/Mac is turned on in the iCloud settings.

Haven't yet drunk the Kool-Aid on an iPhone yet but I'll probably get there eventually.

At this time we are making no use of iCloud.
Does anyone have any guidelines for setting up Facetime, iMessage, iTunes, iCloud given that I'm now 100% Apple and I want to be sure I get as much out of the compatible technologies as I can? We're talking multiple products being used by multiple people.
I understand home sharing as it relates to iTunes where I sync my ipods to the music database on the MacBook Pro. But am unsure how to relate the two AppleID's to each other so that if I buy software for one MacBook, the other is entitled to use it too.
Appreciate knowledgeable input on this.

All my apple device has no internet access after connect to my house's wifi.
After connecting my apple ipad to my wifi, it show that there is no internet access. But my laptop can connect it and also use my wifi with internet access. My router is Wireless-G. Why can't I use my wifi????

You're right, in the behind configuration, there aren't any NAT configured for the simple reason which's Firewall is on production on another site and users must to connect to our Intranet to working properly so until I found a solution, I do some tests only with one desktop located on site...

I want to use the same account for all my apple devices (macbook air, imac and iphone). I can't see how I can amend the iphone account because it is in grey? I also can't remember the password for this account so i can't even delete it and start again?

ThanksDeleting an iCloud account only deletes it from the Device, not from iCloud. In iOS 8, the name of this setting changed to "Sign Out" as that is a better reflection of what actually happens. Your iCloud data remains on the server, available to devices still signed into the account, but the device you sign out of the account on is disconnected from the account, and as a result, the iCloud data from that account is removed from the device. It will redownload to the device should you sign back into the account.
The only issue you'll run into when you switch between accounts is with my photo stream photos older than 30 days. When you delete (or sign out of) and account, your photo stream photos are deleted along with the other data from the account in question. However, unlike other data which remains on the server and can redownload to your device when you sign back in, my photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days. When you sign back in, you will only get back my photo stream photos added in the last 30 days (as older photos are no longer in iCloud to redownload). Like other account data, any my photo stream photos on your other devices signed into the account are unaffected by this. If you want to keep older my photo stream photos on your device as you change iCloud accounts, save them to your camera roll before deleting (signing out of) the account. -

you can either update to lion/ios5 and use the cloud to sync or you can plug in said devices and sync them with your MBP instead of your dell via a tethered usb connection.
also, sign into your itunes store account on your mac. -
The Yahoo password in the mail setting on all my apple devices - iPad, iPhone 5, mini iPad - has permanently reverted to an old version. I have tried all the suggestions provided by the community so far but nothing works. When I delete the account and re-enter the details, the updated password is recognised and seems to save but, when I go back into the account, the old password is the one that is there.
