How do I print a blank contact page?

I would like to print a blank contact page so that I can give it to new clients and they can write down all their information since my first meeting with them is usually not at my office and I don't have my computer with me. I realize this is low-tech, but it seems to be the best way. Anyway, it would be nice to have a blank contact page printed out with the light grey Name, Address, etc. fields. How do I do this?

I currently have a Brother MFC-J615W and have downloaded the Brother iPrint app; but that only works with pictures and PDFs it seems. I know I can use the cloud to transfer and just print from my macbook, but I am starting school and would love to cut out that middle step if possible. I know... how lazy is that? If it is the HP Deskjet 1510, this is a USB printer and it does not offer any network capabilities.

Do you want to print several different photos per page or multiples of the same photo?
If you want to print several different photos,select them all at once and press command-P for "Print". Pick the Custom Layout and adjust the photo size suitably.
If you want multiples of the same photo, duplicate the photo several times and select all copies at once, then press command-P.

Forms that previously worked, print a blank first page.

I have numerous forms that were created in LiveCycle Designer 8 that worked perfectly, but suddenly they all are printing a blank first page. When I am in LiveCycle in the Design view, I am able to print both pages but when I go to the Preview PDF view, the first page is blank on print preview. I'm stumped. There are no security settings around printing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right-page graphic overflow printing on blank left page in pdf

Hi, I have a document with facing pages. There is graphical content on the right page that consists of several images in a grid and is rotated slightly. When I export to pdf, the part that sticks out over the left side of the page gets 'printed' on the left page in the pdf, which I want to appear blank. How can I avoid this? Much appreciated.

Fair enough. I guess it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. One way I avoided the overlap without touching the right-page graphic was splitting the pages using a script. I have to do that anyway, since my pdf is interactive, and for some reason such pdfs automatically print as spreads, which I don't want. d'oh. Thanks for your help.

Hi all.
A newbie here.
Quite regularly I find the need to use the help function on my OS 10.5.5 Mac and at times the help information is of considerable length, too long to write out long hand.
My question, how can I get the printer to print from an open help page?
I have clicked on all the tabs at the top of the page but no joy.
In Windows I can just click Control and P at the same time and I get a print, but this does not appear to work with the Mac system, so how do I print?

I could have sworn that I checked EVERY tab and menu looking for a print option. I am damned if I know how I missed that one.

Firefox has problems with some style rules.
First, it's always helpful to use any print-formatted or print-optimized version of the page. Sometimes there is a link for this.
Second, in some cases you need to use this trick: press Ctrl+a to select all content on the page, then Ctrl+p to display the print dialog, and click the radio button next to Selection.
Those tricks don't always work, but hopefully they will help.

Make sure that in System Preferences Printing & Fax pane you set the default printer to the one you want to use, then put all of these PDF files into their own folder, then open terminal and type the following (without hitting return afterward):
lpr -o page-ranges="1-1"
Then drag one of the PDF files into the terminal window (it will add it's path to the end of your command) and replace the file name with *.pdf, so it will look like this:
lpr -o page-ranges="1-1" /Users/todd/Documents/My\ Folder/*.pdf
Then hit return.

How to get rid of blank white page next to cover page when converting an indesign file into a pdf flip book

I created an catalog using indesign and now I want to convert that into a pdf flip book. I have exported it as a SWF then changing the SWF back into a pdf. It works great however, I keep getting a blank white page next too my cover page, and I really don't want this. I find it very distracting and visually unappealing. Is there any way to get rid of this blank white page? Or any other suggestions on how to create a flip book out of an indesign file.

It sounds as if you're not checking the pagination properties of the chapter after the problem within the book file.
The book file settings always trump the component file's settings.
So this would mean that, if Chapter 3 is set in the book file to start on a Right page, the book enforces this by adding a blank page to Chapter 2.
You should be able to fix this by selecting all the component chapters in the book, right-clicking and setting all the pagination properties to start on Next Available page, but I don't have 7 on this system so I can't give you the exact key strokes.

I just got the newest version of Yahoo Mail and on Internet Explorer everything works fine. On Firefox, the contact page is completely blank ( no tabs, columns, or contact information)

Yahoo have acknowledged my emails and have now resolved this problem. It was obviously at their end and only started with their new mail client.

I have read many Q & As about printing booklets and that Cocoa Booklet is the best way to go. I would like to print a newsletter on 11X17 paper. I used one of the newsletter templates to create a Homeowners Association newsletter. I tried to print 2 (8.5X11) pages side by side on the 11X17 paper and it shrinks each page to 4.5X6.25. I tried using Cocoa, but it seems to only make small booklets. How can I keep each page 8.5X11 and print 2 pages side by side on the front side of the paper and 2 pages side by side on the back side of the paper. Thanks

I did a search and found this which seemed right on the money.
Use Cocoa Booklet to create a booklet with any number of pages (best in a multiple of 4). Create your Pages document in Letter-size as normal & then Export the Pages document to a PDF. Launch Cocoa Booklet & open its Preferences. In Paper Size set the Paper Format to "Personnalisé" with the Width 17 x Height 11 (measuring unit is set in a drop-down menu at the lower left of this preference window. Leave the default margins. In the Destination preference, select Yes for Add a suffix? to avoid overwriting your original PDF & click Save. The choices in the Options preferences are all left unchecked for your tabloid-size document. Then drag the PDF to the icon of Cocoa Booklet to will create a new PDF in booklet form.
I think I followed it exactly. I still printed 2 pages side by side that measured 4.5X6.25 not 2 pages that measure 8.5 by 11. I must be doing something wrong. I have spent all day working on it. Any help would be appreciated.
