How do I proceed past the icloud agreement?

I'm setting up my phone with icloud and I hit the agree to promt and it wont proceed forward. I also can't hit the home button to exit the set up so my phone is usless.
What do I do? I can't use my phone till I figure this out!

On the laptop, when I click on the Reader icon, I get the License Agreement and the instruction to "Press the Accept button to agree to the License Agreement and continue." Except that there is no "accept button." I've scrolled all the way to the bottom and the last readable text is "Reader_Player_AIR_WWEULA-en_US-20080204_1313" Once more -- where's the "Accept" button?

You need to set up an iCloud account before you can back it up. And you back it up directly from the device - iCloud.com has nothing to do with it. Follow the instructions in the link below to set up your iCloud account and to set up Automatic Backups:

If you migrated your MobileMe account before 1 August you should have signed into System Preferences>iCloud with it, and you would be able to see your calendars, bookmarks and emails on the iCloud website. Is this the case? Did you sign into iCloud with your @me.com address?
If you did not migrate your MobileMe account you can no longer do so.
If you did migrate, did you do so from a full MobileMe account or from a Family Pack sub-account? the latter did not get the complimentary storage (because their iDisks were only 5GB anyway).
If you had a full MobileMe account, check on your Mac - System Preferences>iCloud - and see whether that shows the upgrade. If it doesn't, you probably need to contact Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support (MobileMe Support is no longer available) and you may be asked to pay a fee: in this case you should ask them to deal with it without cost (and hope they agree).

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Have you tried pulling the batteries out of the damaged ones so that they are completely off; then shutdown your Mac Mini via the power button on the back right. Turn on your new keyboard and trackpad then power your Mini back up? The auto detection should find your new keyboard and trackpad.

My computer recently broke so I had to use my mom's windows computer to do my homework. I had to use the iCloud web app Pages to do my homework. My assignment requires to be able to highlight stuff so does anyone know how to highlight text in the iCloud web apps?

You can do this easily by using a "modify class" parameter in your web template.

If you scanned the documents - what format did you save them in - pdf? If so, Pages will not open pdf files. you can save a file and export it as a pdf from Pages - but not the other way around.
If you need simply view the documents - you can send them to the iPad via email or DropBox and them open and save them in iBooks. or Adobe Reader. both apps are free. Adobe Reader can use file sharing in iTunes to transfer the files.
If you need to annotate the files - you will need an app like Goodreader - which can use file sharing from iTunes in order to transfer the files as well. GoodReader may work with iCloud now, but you will have to check that out in the App Store.
You can read this to see how to use file sharing. It really is pretty easy to use. You do need to do this with your computer.

I've recommended several things here in the forums and like you, I've seen zero success.
Run as Administrator = no luck.
Take ownership of the c drive = no luck.
Create a new (admin) account = no success.
I've even seen one poster who reformatted and reinstalled Window 7, and no luck.
Frankly, I'm at a total loss.
