How do i purchase the songs i have on my wish list?

i'm a newbie... how do I purchase songs i have on my wish list?

Hi felizalegrelibre,
To purchase items on your Wish List, click on the iTunes Store, then scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under Manage, you will see My Wish List. Click on that, and you will see the items on your Wish List. Click on the price to the right to purchase.
Cheers,
GB

How do I get the Itunes Music Library to stop showing and asking me to purchase the songs I have drug in for playlist?

If I make a playlist of my favorite Sax players by dragging there songs from their homepage into my playlist not purchasing them.  Those songs appear along side my regular songs in my overall music library with option to buy them.  The only way to get rid of them in my Music library seems to be to delete the playlist.

So you purchased iTunes Match? Enable iTunes Match on your other device.
This is the only way to upload.

  • How do I add the songs from my iPod to my list of songs on iTunes without losing any?

I have 2600 songs on my classic iPod that I would like to add to my songs in iTunes without losing any from either location. Some of my iPod songs were ripped from CD's I own and were not downloads. If I sync them it seems like the songs on my iPod will be replaced with only the songs from iTunes. How do I do this?

Yes, that's what will happen...  Ideally, all songs on your iPod are already in your iTunes library.  AND you keep a backup of that iTunes library, and restore from that backup if your computer fails.  An iPod should not be the only place with a copy of your songs.
iTunes syncing is generally in one direction only, from the computer's iTunes library to the iPod.  You cannot use iTunes to transfer song files from iPod to computer (except for songs purchased from the iTunes Store).  However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer.  If you do an Internet search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links, including a CNET article on the topic.
Depending on the method used, if some songs are BOTH on the iPod AND in your iTunes library, you may have to go through the "consolidated" library and remove duplicates manually.  Going forward, you can use this method to back up your computer's complete iTunes library (not just your songs) to an external drive

  • HT1368 How do I see the monetary value of my entire wish list?

I am brand new to this, so please be kind. I am leaning heavily toward purchasing my entire wish list. At one point I could see clearly exactly how much all of my current wish list cost, but for some reason I am fumbling around trying to find it.
Also, I'd like to purchase all of my wish list songs in one fell swoop - not buy 25 songs for one transaction, then another 25 and so on.
Any advice is appreciated - thanks!

    Hello ed2345,
Thank you for your reply. Will I be taxed on each song that I buy? That would add up quickly!!
That's too bad that some of the functionality has been removed. I also noticed the other day that some songs that I added to my wish list were gone, I checked for the artist again and none of the studio recorded albums were available - only the live versions. Then today I decided to search for the artist again, all of the albums were back (both studio and live), so I re-added the songs to my wish list.
    What's up with that?
I asked my husband about it, he said that Apple may have lost the rights to that particular batch of studio recorded albums. He also said that we are buying only leased music, so when we sync our iPods there is potential to lose music we have already paid for. Is this true?
Thanks again for your response! I appreicate your help and anyone else that decides to chime in.

  • New hard drive on my computer, how do I import the songs on my iPod?

Our computer was having problems, so my mom decided to switch hard drives on me without telling me. I had about 1000 songs on my old iTunes, but about 400 on my iPod that are still on there.
Is there any way to put new songs on my iPod without deleting what's alreaddy on there??

You asked "How do I put the songs I have on itunes thats on my computer to someone else's phone."
That's the part that's not legal.

  • When I sync my I Pod  some of the songs I have checked in my music library arent on my ipod and it says sync is complete What is wrong?

When I sync my ipod some of the songs I have checked in my music library do not apear on my ipod. What is wrong?

Are the songs checked in iTunes to sync to the iPod?
Is the iPod signed into the same account that purchased the songs?
Have you sucessfully synced music from that iTunes library before?

  • I updated my iPod and it erased everything i had on it.  How do i retrieve the songs that i bought from the iTunes store?  when i try to download/buy them again they tell me i have already purchased them do i want to buy them again?

I updated my iPod and it erased everything i had on it.  How do i retrieve the songs that i bought from the iTunes store?  when i try to download/buy them again they tell me i have already purchased them do i want to buy them again?  I have authorized my computer but none of them are in my music now.

You buy one and only one download.
It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
Certainly you did not update your ipod without making sure that you had transferred anything purchased on the ipod to your computer and included it in your regular backup copy of your computer.

  • I recently purchased a new computer and just downloaded itunes. I have an old iphone that has over 1,000 songs that I want to put on itunes. How do I get the songs on my iphone onto itunes?

Help! I just bought a new computer and am trying to get the songs from my iphone to itunes on the computer. My old computer that had all of origional songs on itunes crashed so all I have is my old iphone. How do I get the songs to go into my itunes library. I would like to purchase a new iphone and plan to load the songs on it after I can figure this out? Please Help?

Restore them to the new computer using the bakcup of the old one. If you don't have a backup of the old computer, you can re-download music purchased from the iTunes store. If they were imported from CD's, etc. You will either have to re-rip them or purchase third party software to extract them from the phone. The iPhone is not a backup or data transfer device.

  • I purchased an ablum thru itunes on my phone and it says i purchased the songs on itunes but when i go on my music it says i have to repurchase all the songs how can i get the songs with out havin to pay again

I purchased an ablum thru itunes on my phone and it says i purchased the songs on itunes but when i go on my music it says i have to repurchase all the songs how can i get the songs with out havin to pay again

Whether you can redownload music depends upon what country that you in. If you are using your computer's iTunes then does music show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (on your phone you might be able to redownload media via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app) ? If music shows there, but not that album, then check to see if it's hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If you aren't in a country when you can redownload music and it's still on your phone then you should be able to copy it over from the phone via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases.

  • I have been sharing my iTunes account with my kids...now they are getting older and want to have their own accounts, how do I share the songs I purchased for them on my account with them on their new accounts?

I have been sharing my iTunes account with my kids...now they are getting older and want to have their own accounts, how do I share the songs I purchased for them on my account with them on their new accounts?  Is there a way to transer from my main account their new accounts?  And can I share music from my account with them?

You can't currently transfer content from one account to another account. As long as the tracks are on the computer's iTunes that they use/sync to, and your account is authorised on that iTunes, then they should be able to continue to use them.

Connect your phone to computer, and sync like this. Check the boxes for the playlists, artists, albums you want to sync. Then click Apply. If you have enough space on your phone, you can choose Entire music library.
