How do I put a bookmark in a folder I created on the toolbar. Dragging does not work.

I have created a folder on my toolbar but I can't drag bookmarks into it. Whenever I drag the bookmark and it looks like it will be placed in the folder the bookmark is simply repositioned. I've tried right clicking but there is nothing that shows up about moving a bookmark to the folder. Thanks.

I was so frustated from this issue that I used to use Windows iTunes for mass editing info, adding Lyrics etc and then transfering songs to Mac. This tip has alleviated my pain!!

Reinstall Safari 5.1.10 for OS X 10.6.8: http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1569. Might do the trick.
But, frankly, I don't think that simply reinstalling the old Safari will work because of all the peripheral, under the hood changes that happen when you upgrade from one version of Safari to another. Reinstalling 5.1.10 may be insufficient to turn back the clock. (This is the moment where a Time Machine or another form of full backup would save your bacon.)
While you're getting a copy of Safari 5.1.10, get a copy of Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/), too, so that you have an alternate browser to use as you're sorting matters.

How can I access applications if the wireless mouse does NOT work?

I have a new iMac (Snow Leopard) which comes with a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse. Just in case that the wireless mouse does not work, how can I navigate through applications and the screen?

Great, it works.
Let me replicate:
Shift-Command-A (on the Desktop, (but how to get there?) to open Apps, e.g System Preferences;
Arrow keys to navigate within Apps;
Command-down arrow to open a specific app;
Arrows to move around, e.g. to Magic Mouse
Space to open Magic Mouse;
Tab to move between options and arrows to change these; and Tab back to the back icon.

i don't see a way for you to back up your phone, because it will require you to unlock the phone.

To delete photos from your device
In iTunes, select the device icon in the Devices list on the left. Click the Photos tab in the resulting window.
Choose "Sync photos from."
On a Mac, choose iPhoto or Aperture from the pop-up menu.
On a Windows PC, choose Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements from the pop-up menu.
Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.

My iPod was knocked out of my hand at school and it cracked and chipped really bad. It worked fine, until this moning. The entire left side of my screen does not work at all. I cannot rewind songs, unlock my device, or enter my password.
How am I going to get my serial number now?
It is practically impossible.

I just found out. Above the icon is a copy of the open page of the program(s). You slide the pages up to close.

If you revisit a site that you tried to bookmark, is the star yellow?
If the star is yellow, the site has been bookmarked. Clicking on the star once saves the bookmark in the "Unsorted bookmarks" folder which is not visible in the bookmarks menu, clicking on the star a second time allows you to edit the bookmark so you can move it to the folder of your choice. If the site is not being bookmarked at all, see the [[bookmarks not saved]] article for details of how to resole this issue.

I found the answer to my own question. For anyone else having these issues: push control and option keys anf then delete all 3 together and photos and videos will be delted.
