This is a bit of a broad question, let me try to understand your needs a little better.
Are you looking to use FormsCentral to either create your form or create the form and collect and manage the responses? Are you looking for a web/HTML form or a PDF?
FormsCentral allows you to create web/html forms that when they are submitted the data is sent to FormsCentral and in a Paid level subscription you can configure Email Notifications to email the results to you, they are also always available in FormsCentral to view and analyze. For the web/HTML form you can simply add a link to the form on your website, or the web/HTML form can also be "Embedded" into your web site (there is Embed code on the Distribute tab).
FormsCentral can also create a PDF form, the PDF can either send the responses to FormsCentral like the web form with the same options (Notifications etc), and can also be a PDF form without a "Submit" button where you can then add a Submit button of your own that would email the responses to you. This requires having Adobe Acrobat to edit the form and add your own Submit button.
If you do use PDF see this FAQ on PDF in the web - we do not recommend "embedding" the PDF into your web page, do not have the PDF open in the browser, the users should download the PDF and fill it out using the Free Adobe Reader: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-4142

Hi, Im extremely hopeful someone can help me with this question, Ive had extreme luck with this question site, you have all been amazing.
I have created a fillable form in Adobe Acrobat XI and I have saved my work and Im ready to send the form to my client.
I have been told that I need to save my file in a manner that the general public that does not have Acrobat XI, and mainly has acrobat reader, will be able to open, fill my form out, and send back to me completed.
How do I do this.
Ive run a couple tests with coworker and its not allowing the saving of the information that she filled out.
Does anyone know how I need to save and distribute this form so I get it back filled out from my clients? that probably have only reader?

I think I figured this out???? My pdf tester has gone to bed, so hopefully I will know by morning if this is my solution......
Open the PDF in Acrobat XI (the form you have saved that is ready to be filled out to whoever you distribute the form to).
Choose Advanced > Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader (Acrobat 8/9) (if you have XI do not do this step, but do step 4 for XI)
or
File > Save As >Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features (Acrobat X) (Its actually not in save as, but in save as other)
Save the PDF using a different file name, you will be using this new file to be the file you will distribute.
When you now open the PDF in Adobe Reader you will be able to fill the form and save the data and then send it back to the author that is requesting the form to be filled out.

It depends on how the user's system is set up. Normally, the PDF will open in the browser, not just downloaded.
It is possible to embed a PDF in an HTML page, for example: http://blogs.adobe.com/pdfdevjunkie/2007/08/using_the_html_embed_tag_to_di.html
But note that not all users will have a PDF viewer installed, and not all PDF viewers are produced by Adobe, so this will not work for everyone. The above link cause my Firefox browser to crash, but it works with my Internet Explorer browser.

How do I send out a pdf so that others can fill it out and return it via e-mail?

I have been trying to do this for a while and am wondering if I can or if I need a different program to be able to do it (if thats the case please let me knkow which one). I tried making a distribution list and sending it to myself and when I tried to open the link it took me to a black page that said Acrobat.com on it and nothing else. Am I doing something wrong? I assume you have figured out how to create a form. You will need to add a submit button. It is best to have the data submitted that you can easily import to the form if needed, or process separately. In Designer, you would select XML submission to a mailto:<address> format. In Acrobat, you would select FDF, XFDF, or XML to a mailto:<address> format. Be aware that email submission is risky in that you need the client machine to be running MAPI, something you have no control over.

Are you trying to open a PDF attachment on your iPad/iPhone? What do you mean by "the document won't open"? Do you want to know how to open a PDF attachment? Or does the PDF document fail to open when you try?

I started it in Forms Central and them kept updating and finalizing the form in Acrobat Pro. What I want is to put the form on our website so can be completed and either printed out by that person or sent to us just as the form appears on the website all filled in. Is that possible?

In Acrobat 11 you'd select: Tools > Forms > Edit
to go into form editing mode. You'll see the tools that are available, thought it may prompt you to autodetect the fields. I usually don't do this, preferring to create them myself.

LiveCycle Designer does not figure into this at all. The other enabling software that can allow for unrestricted use is called LiveCycle Reader Extensions. There is a version of this software available through Datalogics (www.datalogics.com) as well that may be more convenient to use.
People often bring up the scenario of making a small change and creating a new form. I don't think this would be valid and use the following as a guideline: If the form is collecting the same data for the same purpose, it's the same form
I got this years ago from some materials for LiveCycle Reader Extensions and it seems reasonable.
Note that Reader 11 can do a lot without the form needing to be enabled, such as saving a filled in form and using template features, but not digital signatures. So if you can get your users to update to Reader 11, you won't need to bother with these restrictions.

You do a restore as new to wipe the iPhone then at the end of restore you will be asked to restore from backup. Choose your iPhone backup.
Note you cannot restore an IOS newer than the IOS on iPhone, you need to update iPhone first.

I'm having the same problem, some of my songs will transfer but not all of them. It seems there are alot of people having this problem and apparently Apple doesn't know how to fix it. All my songs were purchased through itunes so they all should upload to any apple device. Sorry I'm not any help, maybe Apple can finally do something about it.

If your computer is on one minute before it freezes, than you have one minute to secure your serial number.
click the apple----->click about this Mac ------> click on version----> until you see the serial number. You may have to do this a couple of times if it freezes before you have all the numbers. A camera might help.

Exporting fillable forms isn't viable, and could even leave you subject to penalties for government forms. That is a non-starter. Focus on getting it to print, why not describe your problem in the Adobe Reader forum.

Can I use Adobe Forms Central to embed a fillable form on my website created in Wix? I want customers to complete the form, submit it, and print a copy for themselves.

From that, it would appear that Wix does not support plain Javascript, but only those modules available through the Wix HTML app/store/marketplace.

Adobe Pro 10 fillable forms on my website not so great now on different browsers...?

Why do my Adobe Pro 10 fillable forms on my website work great in Explorer and Chrome and when downloaded but do not open in Mac, Windows 8, and look funny in Firefox?

And sad thing is the adobe PDF Plugin doesn't work on Mac in which you can view, Print and fillout through any browsers, be it : Chrome, FF, SeaMonkey, Opera, Maxthon, Safari, OmniWeb, iCab. Even PDF Browser Plugin by Schubert of Germany doesn't work well and may not even work with Yosemite. The Adobe plugin hasn't worked with Mac in ages. And I've continually requested that it be fixed. And last time I received a nasty note from Adobe saying they had no intention of ever fixing it. That they would rather concentrate on new features than fixing any bugs that crop up.
