How do I put a movie on my site with iWeb?

(This is reposted here at Alancito's suggestion. Are there some iWeb '08 tricks which will allow me to do this...?)
I'm trying to have a "before and after movie" on my site. (It's a simple graphic made with AppleWorks Draw, showing the mess before using our service ... and then the solution afterwards.)
I want visitors to my site to see the Before image for about 3 seconds, followed by the After image for another three seconds. And I want this to cycle this way continuously ... and automatically.
I'm using iWeb 1.1.2. (Oh! And the reason I use a Mac is I am averse to technical stuff; I just want it to WORK.)

Have you tried importing your .mov files into iPhoto?
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto (iPhoto.Library for iPhoto 5 and earlier versions) database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger or later), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. There are versions that are compatible with iPhoto 5, 6, 7 and 8 libraries and Tiger and Leopard. Just put the application in the Dock and click on it whenever you want to backup the dB file. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.
NOTE: The new rebuild option in iPhoto 09 (v. 8.0.2), Rebuild the iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup" makes this tip obsolete.

What that button does is sync your tabs between your devices. So if you have multiple macs with Mountain Lion and/or devices with iOS 6 (once it comes out this fall) you can pick up where you left off. For example, let's say I have apple.com, nytimes.com, and facebook.com open on my mac, but I need to run. Later, if I need to use another computer in my household, I can just restore the tabs that I was using before on this other mac.

I have a movie (and extras) on my ipod nano that I downloaded years ago and placed my ipod. Unfortunately, that computer crashed and I no longer have the computer.
I recently downloaded a digital copy of a movie that came with the DVD I bought on my new computer. When I tried to put this movie on my ipod, I received a message saying that in order to do this, I would have to link my ipod to this itunes library on my computer and it would delete my old movie. I don't want this happen so how can I put my new movie on my ipod without deleting my old movie (and extras)?
(Also, I have no idea if this will be necessary information, but I want to give all the information for this question...the e-mail address I used to download the 1st movie is no longer in use due to security reasons. I've been using a new e-mail that has worked fine for downloading music and my new movie.)

Are you sure you have enough space on the ipod for the new movie? If you do, make sure it's loaded in i-tunes, and it's check box is checked, then click sync, or apply, and everything should load.

I have been trying to put a movie that I got for Christmas onto my iPod; which I also got for Christmas...In other words, this is my first time with an iPod-honestly, my first time working one, even. I already have all of my music on it; not exactly sure how that happened. Now I want my movies... But it's not working!!! Please, somebody help!!! Hi guys!
I have to create a web site with a full-width resolution, adaptable with any monitor and resolution using some panels that moves using the parallax scroll-motion with a sliding effects.
For example I nedd a site like "collecdiv.com" that works with the same effects and with an adaptable full-widht size page.
Here's some screen I take of my site with a 22" 1920x1080 resolution and a 15" 1280x1024.
The 4 tab I want to see in full width and in scroll motion parallax: four with a resolution of 22" and the other four with a resolution of 15" (the screen are made with paint to let you see what is the problem)
In the first tab there's a slideshow widget with some photo, in the other tabs there's a rectangular form with an image fill... I have to see the same layout that I see in my 22" monitor, in other smaller or bigger monitor (like 15") just like in the "collecdiv.com" website... The Dimension of my muse file is 960px width
How can i resolve the problem? How can I fix the screen so anyone else can see my site without problem and with all the resolution?

How do i remove image links to adobe site with my dreamweaver built flash gallery ?

This is probably a very simple solution, but i can't figure out how to remove the link to the adobe site when you click on the images in my gallery--I built a site in dreamweaver used the insert media option and added my photos---when uploaded, my images in the gallery are clickable and take you to the adobe site...how do i make the images have no link??

Sorry, but you cannot. Movies from the iTunes Store can be played only in Apple's software and on Apple's devices.

How can i put HD movie on a blu ray

I don't understand Apple. I bought an iMac last week because I primarily do video and photography. I was always told Macs were the way to go for such work. Now I am learning that Apple isn't exactly on the cutting edge of technology. Their idea of HD is 720p. I have a 1080p camcorder, a blu-ray player and burner, and a 1080p HDTV. I returned the Apple TV because it only did 720p. And Apple has no support for blu-ray. So basically I am limited to 720p for all of my edited movies because Apple refuses to provide any solutions. Did I completely miss the boat on something? Everyone always told me, "Once you go Mac, you never go back". Well I'm already wishing I had my PC back so I could watch my movies in full 1080p. I find it hard to believe Apple could be so far behind the curve on this one.

I'm not sure what you're talking about - iMovie does 1080 - my Canon shoots in 1080p; now, after doing extensive tests when I first got it, I have decided to process the footage at 720p because a) while buying my HDTV, I literally could not tell the difference between 720 and 1080 at the distance I watch; b) my HDTV is 720p so processing the footage at 720 makes sense, and c) file sizes are grossly huge (I'm currently working on a project and have 90 GB of various files/clips littering my hard drive - and that's about one hour of video in 720p - in 1080 it'd be double that). Also, rendering and processing will take much longer. So I shoot in 1080, use MPEG Streamclip to convert it losslessly to 720 and then move it into iMovie. The result is great on my TV - granted, not blu-ray, but quite good (enough for me).
And, if you buy Toast (Roxio Toast), it has a plugin so you can burn blu-ray quality - they say; I use Toast, but not the plugin because I tried that as well and could not see enough of a difference to make it worthwhile for me. For me, 720 is fine.

Thanks for replying. The painting was scanned at a resolution of 300 dpi both times. I assume that's ample for this purpose?
Yes, one image shows glare in one direction and the other image another direction and I'm trying to blend the non-glare elements of both images.
Using a mask to paint in the non-glare elements is likely what I'll need to do.
Here are some screenshots of the scanned oil sketch that show how far I've gotten and the problem.
Above is a detail showing what I mean about the glare from the brush strokes. In a good artist grade print you wouldn't see so much of the glare.
I've got a backround and a layer - one is the 'top to bottom scan' and one is the 'side to side scan'.
When I put the one layer over the other it's a blurry mess. The only thing I can think of is that one scan is ever so slightly tilted causing it to distort.
Let me know what you think. If it helps, the scanner is the 'Canon Canoscan 9000F Mark II'.

I've got a page set up with 3 different forms in three
different panels. When the form in Panel one is submitted, I need
the form in panel two to open up. When form two is submitted, I

I've made sure that the following is located in the js file

In my form tag in panel one I've using:

Seems like that should work, but the 1st tab stays open after
the submit. What am I doing wrong?

submission using ajax, not an html submit, which would refresh your
page. Your best bet would be to call a function that submits the
