You can setup Restrictions...
Tap Settings > General > Restrictions
AFAIK, it's not possible to attach a password for access to the Settings.

You create the usernames and passwords where you host your website. Made with or without iWeb.
Usually it's done in the controlpanel where you manage your account.

You don't.
The password is on the encrypted disk image.
Any folders that you wish to have password protected you place in the encrypted disk image.

Unfortunately, no. There is a workaround however.
You can go to the Mail Settings, and enter an incorrect password for the account (or no password). This way, everytime it tries to check for mail, it will prompt for password.
However, this won't stop people from opening the Mail App and reading the e-mails that are already saved to the device

YES my friend there is away, i do it by myself and it's work well…
Here are the steps:
1. go to "/Applications/Mail " and "get info" for your mail and look how much is size of it.
2. from "/Applications/Utilities" open "Disk Utility"app.
3. from file menu select "Blank Disk Image".
4. Save as: "chose the name you want" I save it as "Mail".
    Where: "Better to be on Applications Folder" or in Privet Place on your hard.
    Name: "chose the name you want" I name it as "Mail".
    Size: set the size Bigger than the size of Mail you take it from "mail info".
    Format: Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
    Encryption: 128-bit AES encryption.
    Partitions: Hard disk.
    Image Format: sparse disk image.
5. when you finish Press "Create".
6. Enter the Password You need, be sure to remove the mark next to "Remember password in my keychain".
7. press "OK".
8. you will find new hard disk open on desktop called "the name you chose it before".
9. now copy "Mail.app" to the new hard disk, and remove mail.app to trash but don't empty it. "if you can't delete the app get the info of it and make all the Permissions Names Read & Write" you need Administrator password to open the lock down below.
10. now remove the mail shortcut in Dock and drag the Mail.app you copy it to Dock.
11. now Eject the new Hard disk.
12. open mail from the Shortcut you add… it's will ask you for a Password.
Be sure to Eject the hard disk when you finish from mail.

We have had a time cap for awhile, have backed up our pictures etc. and have a password for that.
We just got onto wireless internet and we would like to password that part of it. Please explain how we can do this and each time we open up our computers to use, will we have to put in the password?

You would use AirPort Utility to enable wireless encryption on the Time Capsule. You will want to select WPA2 or WPA because those are much more secure than the older WEP.
You would need to enter those passwords once on your Macs when you connect to the network. The Mac will then remember the password and use it in the future when needed.

My Q10 was locked in a loop of 6/10 attempts. I had noticed that on the connected PC there was a warning with only 5 tries at all, not 10. I thought I caught a naughty bug.
Then I read the image. I did not just look, I read.

Enter "blackberry" at attempt 6/10, then your password afterwards. Yet I have no idea, why they did this. But now I can happily use my Q10 again.

That is not possible in Firefox and there are quite a few ways to delete history.
Best is always to install monitoring software on the OS level or check if the router has such a feature if you want a record of visited websites.
