How do I put individual photos back on my phone?
I "deleted" all the photos from my iPhone after the last upload from my phone to my Mac (iPhoto), which I meant to do. I'd like to go through photos and put specific ones back on my phone. I don't want to put a whole "date" or "album" I just want to put specific ones on. I know I need to do this through iTunes and sync them, but there doesn't seem to be a way to look at the photos to pick each photo I want. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!
PS- I'm thinking of making an album of photos I want to put back on. I just want to know if there is an easier way to do this. Thanks again!
That is the way to do this.
Make an album with the pics you want and sync that album to the iPhone.

You should regularly copy photos from iPhone to computer and delete them from the Camera Roll on the iPhone.

I thought it might be the format but my slideshow program has a tab for putting it in I_Phone format. It still wont copy back to my phone.

How do I put my photos back in date folders in explorer?
Ok - I've been daft. After a long discussion with my father he convinced me when I moved to PSE10 a fair while back to just have all my photos as individual files in a single photo folder on my storage drive where as previously I had the settings set to import photos in date folders. His reasonig was that PSE does all the organising for you in the photo well so why have loads of different folders in the one main photo folder?
I now regret this decision and would really like my old organisation in explorer back! I see this as a 2 part problem - How can I do this from an explorer point of view and a PSE10 point of view?

In theory keeping all your photos in one big, fat, happy folder should work well. I've run into this question with other database applications (such as recipe managers), and it quickly became apparent that where the items are stored is unimportant -- what is important is creating useful searches (database queries) and saving those searches.
But the important thing is your workflow. What don't you like about having all the photos in one folder?

I loaded my ipad photos from camera and all the pictures sorted by date. I later sync my ipad with my computer and the photos were all reorganized into IMPRT folders an out of date sequence. Any idea how to put the photos back into date files other than reloading all of them from camera?
What version of iPhoto?
Select one and rotate it. Then rotate it back. Does that make it appear?
A much better work flow is the keep the photos after importing. Check the success the import, wait for at least one successful backup cycle then use you camera's format command to reformat the card

I backed up everything to icloud, wiped my phone, synced to that backup, and only some of my photos are there. How do I get those photos back?
I went to apple store and they walked me through this except for the syncing part. I went to sync everything at home and a lot of my photos aren't there. When I scroll all the way down, its just a loading spiral thing.
Also, now I have new stuff, that I don't want to get deleted.
Is there some way to put my icloud pictures on my computer as well?If the restore process is done, or seems to have stalled, and it didnt' restore your camera roll photos, all you can do is try restoring the backup again. If it's still restoring, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and tap Stop Restoring at the bottom. Then go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go through the setup screens again and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud backup and follow the prompts.
Be sure your phone is connected to wifi and your charger while it is restoring the backup. You might want to move it closer to your wifi router for the strongest signal possible. -

I've recently formatted my 10.7.4 mountain lion MacBook from 2007. The hard drive is wiped and I think it deleted to OS too. How do I put the OS back on it?
Wiping the drive does indeed delete the OS. Try this -
Boot to the Lion (10.7.4 is Lion not Mountain Lion) recovery partition by restarting the computer and holding down the command and R keys during startup.
If this works, reinstall from here. You must be connected to the Internet to do this.
If this does not work, possibly because you reformatted the recovery partition as well, you will need to reinstall from your original disks (assuming it came with 10.6 or earlier.) Boot to the disk by holding down the C key during startup and run the installer.

You're really going to need to explain that. What's "USB"? Do you mean a Disk, Drive or volume connected by USB? How is your iphoto set up? What version are you using?

In you case, the only way is to use data recovery app to get back your lost photos, so the chance is uncertain. It depends on how smart the app it's. The good news is that most of the apps allow you to try them out. You can test them out by yourself. The steps are:
Install data recovery app on your computer
connect your iPhone and allow the app scan iphone
display scanning result
choose local folder to store recovered items
You can choose to recover your photos from local disk, iTunes backup or icloud. More details can be found out here. -

I use " find my iphone" and accidentally locked my iphone then I have to restore it to unlock it. But then I found out everything is gone after I restore my phone, is there anyway I could get them back??
