How do i put my calendar online

My calendar keeps bouncing on the bottom of my screen. It ask me to stay offline or go online. When I try to make it go online it doesnt work. Anyone know how to fix this?

OK, I feel really stupid having to ask such a stupid question, but I have been trying to print for an hour and a half and I am literally about to cry. I am not usually so helpless in tech matters! I am using my iPad (1) and trying to print from Safari. My printer was working fine and I printed a document which got a little crooked because hubby left a hat in front of the printer. I went over to printer to get the document, saw the problem, removed the hat. But, I saw on the little screen that there was an update and told it to go ahead and update. When it came back after the update, and I tried to print something Safari says the printer is offline. However, when I went to the printer to turn it online, I can't figure out how. The printer "help" files are so basic I think they are aimed at a four year old and exhaustive searching will not tell me how to something so freaking basic! What button do I push, what program or app do I need, what yoga position do I need to be in, and what do I need to sacrifice to Beelzubub to accomplish something that should be simple?

How do I put two devices online at the same time?

Hi, I have just bought the Wireless-G Broadband Router, model #WRT54G. I have everything working except I'm having one little problem. I can only go online with one thing at a time. Once I'm using my computer the PS3 shuts down the internet then vise versa.
How can I make it so I can go online with the PC while playing online with the PS3. Is there something else I'm needing to buy?

How do you put an iCloud calendar online so that people can see it like you can a Google calendar?

I manage the calendar solution for the school I work at. We all, teachers and students, will get iPads about a month from now, and I'm trying to set up calendars for when those show up. Since every person has different needs, I'm in the process of creating a different calendar for each discrete activity, and the people in charge of the activities will have access to edit the events on those calendars. Our website has links for students to subscribe to calendars that relate to the events they are involved in, which is good, but I also need all the events to be visible on a calendar so that people outside the school can see what is going on without subscribing to every single calendar. I tried using Google calendar, but they are pretty rubbish when it comes to syncing with Apple's calendars on iCloud. While iCloud does a good job of reading calendars hosted on Google, I really need the calendars to be hosted on iCloud so that teachers can share authoring privileges on their iPads. Initially I couldn't even get Google calendar to read my calendars, and had to use this website to even get my calendars into Google calendar in the first place. Now that it's connected, the Google calendar won't update the school calendars when I update them, leading to an outdated calendar showing up on the website. The whole point of putting calendars online is that we have seamless instant communication, and Google's bungling it up.
In short, is there another website I could use to display my calendars from iCloud Calendar in an iframe on the school's website?

Ah, I see what you mean. My apologies for the RTFM response without testing it myself first.
I think iCloud shares calendars using the CalDAV standard. This means that you'll have to open the link using a client that can understand this. I just tested it with Novell GroupWise at work and it worked fine. I suspect it might also work with Outlook. I tried to add the calendar in Google Calendar by clicking under Other Calendars, Add by URL, but that did not work, so Google Calendar may not be a CalDAV client. For more information see

If anyone is aware of a website that allows you to see public CalDAV calendars, please let us know. That would be useful information. I tried briefly looking at http://www.icalshare.com, since that site seems to be somehow related to how Apple shares the public calendars, but I was not able to figure out how to view my public calendar there. I think perhaps you need to create an account there and then it might let you. But even then the views they have of public calendars at that site at static views updated once per day. For a live view of the calendar you'll still need to use a proper CalDAV client, I think. So, once again, are there any CalDAV web clients?

I had tried this several times myself before posting my question but found that both the Go Online and Go Offline options were grayed out, thus unavailable to me. After a MacBook Pro reboot and several Forced Quits and Relaunches of iCal the next day, I was able to Go Online again.

is the calendar on my iphone 4s the same as the icloud calendar you referred to? assuming that it is, if i enter an appointment in the icloud calendar on my computer, what must i do to have the entry appear on my iphone? [i said it was a stupid question!]
and, two related questions:
--is there a method by which the icloud calendar, notes, etc.can be placed on my computer desktop?

Having read some other posts I think I have answered my question. If I was somehow able to terminate my old (unwanted) account and Apple ID I would no longer be able to access the material I bought with that ID- so I'm stuck. I have to learn how to manage that situation.

Sounds like your Mac is not logged into the same iCloud account that your phone is. When Mavericks is installed it prompts you for an AppleID during setup.
Unfortunately and confusingly it then uses that AppleID to help you set up the Apple Store, iCloud, and Messages even though many users do not use the same AppleID for all of those services. This is particularly true of familys that share one AppleID for the "Store" but use separate AppleID's for each users iCloud data.
Therefore, put your iPhone next to your Mac and go to "Settings" > "iCloud". Make sure that the iCloud account listed on your iPhone is the same as the one listed when you go to "System Preferences" > "iCloud" on your Mac. If they match (or not) then click "sign out" on your Mac to disconnect the account. Then, on the Mac (still in the iCloud preference pane), log (back) into the same iCloud account being used on your iPhone and enable the same set of services that are enabled on your iPhone (particularly calendar and contacts).
Then, open the Contacts application on the mac and iCal on the Mac and walk away for a few minutes to allow the data to sync. You may then want to create a test calendar event and change a contact to see if they sync up.
One additional thought is to make sure that your iPhone is set to "Push" for iCloud. That will assure that it's syncing immediately while you are testing this.

I recently had to get a replacement iPhone 4. The tech at the Apple Store thought that I might have had a software problem and recommended that I not "restore from backup," but start this phone as a new device and just sync the apps and what-not. My calendar on my computer was different than the one on my old phone, though, and now I need the data from my old iPhone calendar. I did back up my old phone just prior to taking it to the Apple Store.

Well what you can do is update to ios5 then use icloud to sync your calandar up to your phone then restore your phone as new and when prompted in the new phone setup put in your icloud username and password and you will have your calandar events back.

How to get photos in calendar Source section

I'm putting a calendar together and didn't choose all photos before starting the layouts. Now that I'm in the middle of the project, how do I get additional photos into the unplaced photo section allocated for them. If I open the library, the calendar layout goes away. If I drag photos or albums to the Source calendar designation, it doesn't work.
I think I actually did this the other day, but I'll be darned if I know how.

Just drag the photos from the main library onto the calendar icon in the Source pane. That will add the photos to the photo bin in the calendar.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.

Ok. you might not have access to bookingList there then second solution is declaring one more array of type boolean and set it to true where you need bold on the text. send

I think you need data year wise .
Instead of creating a variable for calmonth and using it in the RKF , you can just drag calyear in columns and keep the Volume keyfigure below it . Keep only one keyfigure Volume and do not restrict it with calmonth or any other variable .
In this case calyear should not be present in rows or free characteristics .
You would be able to see the data year wise ..
Try this and check whether it is according to your requirement
If You need to show the data as Volume (01.2011) and Volume(01.2010)
It means you are only showing data for Jan 2011 and Jan 2010 in the report
In this case you can retrict Volume keyfigure with a variable and create a customer exit variable
for 0calmonth as an offset of -1 will bring the data of 12.2010 for Previous Volume(01.2010) key figure which is incorrect .
For your output you can create 2 customer exit variables :
One will restrict 0calmonth to current year and another to previous year .
Check whether this works .
Also , if you want to show current calendar months data , you can either use a mandatory variable on 0calmonth
and restrict the same in volume keyfigure or there are std customer exit variable provided by SAP to give current cal month .
You can restrict the char 0calmonth with this std exit variable if you do not want 0calmonth variable to be mandatory.
