I'm into my orders page and I see where I purchased it but when I go to click on download nothing happens. Then, the page refreshes and says I have no downloads. Help me

Forget about downloading via that route. That version no longer works since Adobe shut down the activation server.
Download the non-activation version from
Error: Activation Server Unavailable | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3
Install then enter the new non-activation serial number provided at the link above. Your existing serial number will no longer work.

Hey there~ I had a similar experience, when the email I used to set up the account was hacked and subsequently shut down by Hotmail. If you contacted Support to change the name, but not the email address, you will need to do so again.
Also worth noting~ if, at any time, you synced your device to your work computer, you'll need to contact Support to deauthorize it and enable your current one.

If you try to download something that you've already bought, then you don't have to buy it again. You can just press download. Therefore, if the songs are fragmented, you can just delete them and re-download them without paying a penny

if you mean acrobat X pro and, if you follow all 7 steps you can dl a trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs5-5-direct-download-links.html
and activate with your serial.
if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

How did you install it in the first place? If it came with your Mac, and the Mac didn't come with Lion installed, then reinstall iLife from the Applications disc that was in the box. If you no longer have that disc, you'll have to order a replacement from Apple customer service. Either that, or restore the iPhoto application from your backups.

It depends on how you originally purchased them.
If you purchased them as an album you cannot download them for free individually because the details of the original purchase would show that an album was purchased. And this is true vice versa too, even if you have purchased all the songs from one album individually.
You need to download the album/songs the same way you originally purchased them
