How do I re-download songs that were only half downloaded when the internet signal went down

How do I redownload music after the signal was lost during the download

About a minute and a half into some tracks it skips to the next. Not on all the tracks but on most of them.
Try again, just redownloading the tracks which are skipping. (The servers for the Store seem to have been a bit extra-cranky with this over the past day or so in particular ... some folks have had to try redownloading again a couple of times.)

You can restore them from your backup - if you havn't got a backup then you'll need to re-purchase them. Media (music, films, tv shows) can only be downloaded from iTunes once, which is why you are advised to make and maintain backup(s) of your purchased (and any other important) content.

No.  Your iPod is designed to sync with one computer/iTunes library at a time. If you try to sync it with a new computer/iTunes library, the contents currently on the iPod will be erased and replaced with content from the new library.  So you'll want to copy what is currently on the iPod over to your new iTunes library first before syncing it.
See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different methods and software available to assist you with the task of copying content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.

How can I install a program that comes in a CD when the iMac does not come with a CD entrance?

Another option if you have access to a second Mac with a drive is to connect the two together with the iMac in Target Disk Mode,  Transferring files between two computers using FireWire, and installing from the Mac with the optical drive.

  • How can I deauthorize a computer that can no longer connect to the internet or is no longer working ?

How can I deauthorize Itunes on a computer that can no longer connect to the internet or is no longer working ?

You can't, which shouldn't be a problem unless you have 4 other computers authorized with the iTunes account and you need to authorize another.
Once you have authorized 5 computers, you can de-authorize all computere from a computer that is currently authorized followed re-authorizing the current active computers that need to be authorized.

  • How do I relocate missing songs that were originally put onto my iTunes from a CD?

Obviously I can't just navigate through my folders on my pc as the missing tracks were put into my iTunes via multiple CDs. How (without re-importing all my CD's) do I relocate all my songs/albums.
    Thanks
    Tom

It all depends on why they are lost and whether you have any form of backup or device that might hold them. It might help to identify which files are lost to iTunes which you can do with this set of playlists:
    Lost & Found playlists
Create a playlist called Found, select everything in Music and drag it into the Found playlist. Create a smart playlist called Lost matching All the rules Playlist is Music and Playlist is not Found. Your lost tracks will be in this playlist.
Follow my instructions from the first post with a single missing file. Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. It will begin file://localhost and end with the filename. Search your entire computer for that filename. If it can be found then where it is might explain why they went missing and how they might be recovered. If it can't be found at all, you could try a few more. Failing that at least you know from the Lost playlist what CDs you need to rerip.

  • How do I deauthorize a computer that does not have access to the internet

How does one deauthorize a computer that cannot connect to the internet?

You can deauthorize all computers linked to your Apple ID from another computer with Internet access.
To deauthorize all computers associated with your Apple ID
If you need to authorize your new computer and are unable due to already having five authorized computers, you can deauthorize all computers by doing the following:
Click iTunes Store on the left side of iTunes.
If you're not signed in to the store, click the Account button, then enter your account name and password.
Click the Account button again (your Apple ID appears on the button), enter your password, and then click View Account.
In the Account Information window, click Deauthorize All.
Note: You may only use this feature once per year. The Deauthorize All button will not appear if you have fewer than two authorized computers. If you need assistance on using this feature, please contact iTunes Store support via email (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/).

  • My library says a song has an error.  However previous purchases already says downloaded.  How do I re-download when the button is not available because the song was already downloaded?

Can anyone help with the above problem please?

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will have to re enter the Wi-Fi password.
If that doesn't help, try here >  iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
3G may be too slow to download music from iTunes.

  • How do I remove songs that are only in iCloud?

Hello. Sorry if this is in the wrong category.
I realize there are going to be tons of questions since iOS 7 just came out, but I have a question about iCloud.
So now that I have the new iOS, the music library on my iPhone displays my iCloud music as well as what I had synched to the phone. However, there are some songs showing up that I deleted from my iTunes library on my computer months ago. They are not on my computer, so I cannot delete them from iCloud as I delete them from my computer. There are a few songs that I will keep on the Cloud, but I don't want them all.
How would I remove these songs that can only be found in my Cloud? I don't some of them anywhere, at all. I'm not paying for iTunes match.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hey, Gail,
Sync didn't work last night even with the new version of iTunes.  I think I solved it though.
Went to Settings > General > Usage > Music: Deleted all data that way
Then turned on the "Show all music" option in the Music settings.  Went to music and downloaded from the iTunes cloud the music I wanted on my phone.  With that done, I shut off the "Show all music" option again.  This left just the songs that I had downloaded.
I'm sure I could probably accomplish this similarly by dragging and dropping to my phone from iTunes.  I'll have to give this a shot.  Worst case scenario, it doesn't work.  But I've found a way that does.
So far, those songs I didn't want haven't shown back up.  Whether this is a permanent fix, I haven't had time to see yet.  But it's worked at this juncture.
    Thanks for checking in,
    Ryan

You need to either authorize it from that Apple ID or delete those songs and buy them from your current one.

How do I recover songs that were deleted from itunes library and itunes acount and coputuer.

If the songs were purchased using your Apple ID on iTunes, simply open iTunes, click on the iTunes Store, then click "Purchased" on the right side and you can re-download from there.
If the songs were not purchased using your Apple ID on iTunes, recover them from your latest computer backup.

How do I get old purchused songs that were deleated from my account and my liberary?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
You buy one and only one download.  It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
