How do I re-install Adobe Muse
I purchased Adobe Muse Subscription Edition (month-to-month) downloaded & installed.
I need to re-install as I restored my laptop to an earlier restore point and Muse is not functioning, now the download tool from Adobe tells me Muse is already Installed.
I have uninstalled it and tried again with no joy.
Anyone got any ideas to help me please?

You can try using the Adobe Cleaner Tool, available for download here: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html. Just follow the directions on that page - should do the trick!

Hi there. I'd very much like to try out Muse (I'm a paying Creative Cloud member), but I'm about to say to hell with it. Muse refuses to install. Here are the steps taken.
Ran the Muse installer throughApplication Manager. Installed. Clicked Launch App. No response. Search for muse, only found uninstaller. Uninstalled 99mb of invisible Muse.
Read forums. Deleted opm.db. Re-installed. No change in result.
Uninstalled Air. Re-installed Air. Re-installed Muse. No change in result.
I grabbed the system log which show an error with the "migration signature validation"
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. I can't seem to install Adobe Muse on my computer. I keep getting this error message:
The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try
obtaining a new installer file from the application author.

As I checked the concern you were facing I informed you to please follow these steps:
1) Ensure that Muse is completely uninstalled: drag Adobe Muse from the Applications folder to the trash and empty the trash. Also while un installing please delete : delete the "MBLStore" and "OOBE" folders found in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
2) Download Muse from the following link: http://labsdownload.adobe.com/pub/adobemuse/builds/muse_2-2-1_install_ mac.dmg
3) Install again

Failure to install Adobe Muse CC with the Enterprise version
Hi all,
I am currently using a PC running on Win7 Pro. I am using an Enterprise version and have used CCP to churn out the CC software.
As I attempt to install Adobe Muse CC from the exceptions folder by double-clicking on the InstallAdobeMuse application, My computer prompts me with an incompatibility issue. It asks me to use the recommended settings or choose a different setting. So I chose the recommended settings and there is a split-sec flash on the screen that shows more like a dos prompt and then it disappears. I tried again and nothing happens.
All these while I have switched off the antivirus and run from an administrator mode.

To insert the video tags in your muse pages, you will need to use the 'Object -> Insert HTML' option.

You may want to start by removing previous versions of Reader with this tool:

To reinstall Reader, you may download its full installer from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else. -

If all you want to do is watch videos on Youtube, you don't need Flash and can watch them in HTML5 instead. All you need to do is to install Firefox which supports WebM. Firefox will run on most systems without a problem: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/8.0/system-requirements/ (download link on the same page).
After you install it, go to this site and click the link at the bottom called "Join the HTML5 Trial": http://www.youtube.com/html5
