How do i re install beats audio after installing windows 7

When i first got my laptop it came with beats audio, but when i had trouble with my hard drive i had to get every thing wiped and now I'm trying to see if i can re install beats audio
Please help

Reinstall the audio driver and your Beats audio will come alive again.
It always helps to identify your notebook with it product name and\or product number. Include your operating system and type. (i.e. Windows 7 - 64 bit)

Lost Beats Audio Control Panel, Windows Experience Index and HP Power Manager on fresh install...

Please help! I installed a 240gb SanDisk Extreme SSD and a fresh install of Win 7 home premium 64-bit OEM. I did not reinstall the factory OS and all that goes along with it. I have managed to reinstall all drivers (it seems) but am having the following problems: 1) I have installed IDT HD Audio Driver sp56953 but it does not provide the Beats Audio control panel, any idea how to get it? 2) The Windows Experience Index will not provide a performance evaluation, something in the system is providing it with an error message when it attempts to rate the system and it stops. 3) I have installed HP Power Manager sp57398 and can bring up the control panel but the changes I indicate will not stay applied, when I bring up Power Manager again it show that no selections are made. I knew this fresh install was going to provide headaches, please help if you can. Thanks.

I suspect this may all be related to a common cause.
When updating the windows experience index, what is the error message you receive?
Has the video card driver been installed? It is necessary for the windows experience index to complete.
Also, ensure the HP Software Framework is installed. It is under the Software Solutions category.
You did a clean install of Windows 7. Has all the software and drivers for Windows 7 from HP been installed? Here is a link should you need it.

How to get beats audio working on windows 7

Just downloaded windows 7 on my hp envy dv7 and my beats audio no longer works. Is there a driver I need to download to correct the issue? Or is there some configuring I have to do?

How I Managed to Install Windows 8.1 Pro on an iMac 27-inch, Late 2013

As is typical with many of my Boot Camp installs, this one did *not* goes as smoothly as planned. This installation was particularly troublesome, so I thought I would share how I managed to set up Boot Camp on a brand new iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) using a Windows 8.1 Pro DVD and an external Apple SuperDrive. These are the steps I took:
Download Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5640 (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1721)
Copy Boot Camp Support Software to empty MS-DOS (FAT)-formatted USB key
Run Boot Camp Assistant and select third option only (Install Windows 7 or later version)
Computer would reboot after Boot Camp Assistant finished but would boot back into Mac environment and not continue Windows installation
Boot computer holding down option key and select Windows (with DVD icon) and go through initial setup process (could go as far as trying to format Boot Camp partition as NTFS and then got stuck)
Quit Windows installer and reboot computer holding down option key and select EFI Boot
Run Windows installer
These same steps worked for another iMac (same model) that I set up later the same day.

Note: These types of discs or activities are not supported by DVD or CD sharing:
DVD movies.
Audio CDs.
Copy protected discs such as game discs.
Install discs for an operating system such as Microsoft Windows (for use with Boot Camp), or Mac OS X.
Burn a CD or DVD

I am having a problem installing windows via bootcamp.
I already partitioned my hdd via Bootcamp, downloaded and copied all the supports for windows, and windows is on an external USB as well. I had to stop the process the other day, so i shut down the computer. Now I am trying to boot from the USB, but I cant get to that point where the computer should restart and windows would start installing.
. After restarting, holding command, it doesnt show up as bootable device.
How shall I move forward? My disk is already partitioned, and if i start the whole process from the beginning, it wants me to partition again - although I already made a 100GB partition for windows.
Please help me out.

So, here is what happened when I tried to make it.(sorry for quality, i had to take them by phone)
At first when I opened it I saw that I could simply resolve it just by stretching the arrow at the bottom, giving the 100 GB back which I partitioned before via Bootcamp. At this point options was not available.
I didnt do it because you mentioned earlier that it might be not designed to install windows.
The second thing I tried I choose 1 Partition from Partition Layout. This time Options were available but I didnt see anything like GPT, the onces that are optionable are on the screenshot.
What do you think how shall I move on? I was thinking to give it a shot with option 1, just stretch it back and try everything from scratch.

How repair OS without installing Windows completely?

I have a A10 notebook that crashed after a virus or worm attack.( I think).
It came with two recovery discs and a driver etc disc.
It boots, but cannot start windows XP, because the file \windows\system32\config\system is missing or corrupt. It tells me that I can attemt repair of this file by starting Windows setup using the original Windows setup CD-ROM, after which I need to select 'r' at the first screen.
I do not have a Windows setup disc, Windows XP must be on the recovery discs. These give me the option to completely reinstall windows, which I am loath to do. Another option is for Prof. users, but I do not see the use for it.
How do I repair or reinstall config sys without re installing windows completely??

Hi Hans
As far as I know its not possible to copy some singles files from the recovery CD, because its just an image on CD. I think the only way to solve this problem is to recover your system with recovery CD.
If anybody has other ideas please share with us.

I have installed an update of Windows Microsoft 8 on my macbook pro when I had to install a clean installation of Windows 8. I would like to un-install the update and then re install the clean installation of Windows 8.
Please advise how to un-install windows on my macbook.

Open Boot Camp Assistant, it is in the Untilities folder in Applications, and it will give the option to Remove windows and put the hard drive space used back with Mac OS X.

HP Envy 17, Win 7 64 Bit - How do I re-install windows when the old hard disk has failed?

The laptop wont start up and the hard disk fails the diagnostic start-up tests. Restore doesn't work and taking the hard disk out the laptop & connecting to my desktop I can't access the recovery partition. The laptop is out of warranty.
I have a replacement disk drive but as I have no install disks and the recovery partition can't be accessed how do I reinstall the OEM win 7 on the new hard disk?
Any help would be appreciated.

If the complete 25 character windows activation key is visible on the Microsoft Windows COA on your notebook, you can download an identical iso file from here and install Windows.
Download the drivers from the HP web support portal for your notebook. Put them on a usb flashdisk (thumbdrive) for ease of installation.
Use the Microsoft Windows 7 USD\DVD download tool and a 4GB usb flashdisk (thumbdrive) for the fastest and most reliable means of installing Windows.
This way you can have your laptop in a useable state while you wait for your ordered recovery disk set.

Try the following.
Download the IDT Audio installer on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.

When done, open windows Control Panel, open Device Manager and open up Sound, Video and Game Controllers. Right click the IDT device and select Uninstall - you should also get a prompt to remove the current driver, tick the box to allow this and then proceed with the uninstall.
When complete, shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery and plug in the AC Adapter.
Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to launch the Start-up Menu and then select f10 to enter the bios menu. Press f5 to load the defaults ( this is sometimes f9, but the menu at the bottom will show the correct key ), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and hit enter. Press f10 to save the setting and again use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and hit enter.
Let Windows fully load - it will automatically load an audio driver, but just let this complete. Then open your Downloads folder, right click on the IDT installer and select 'Run as Administrator' to start the installation. When this has completed, right click the speaker icon in the Taskbar and select Playback Devices. Left click 'Speakers and Headphones' once to highlight it and then click the Set Default button - check if you now have audio.

Hp Pavilion-e070sl hdd replace with an ssd, how do i re-install windows 8 64 ?

I recently buyed an Hp Pavilion-e070sl that came pre-installed with W 8 64 and i need to know how in the name of God how can i reinstall the operating system since there was no dvd installation disc in the box? Or much better ( excluding the recovery manager and windows recovery disc), if somehow the hdd fail to work and i cannot revive the notebook only by replacing the damaged one with a new one, how can i re-install the operating system? And no, i don't want to order one and pay twice.
Any idea will be helpful.

Try making the recovery media with your old hard drive first and see if it might work.
If not, then I guess you have nothing to lose by seeing if the english version of W8 will install and activate but I don't know if you can change the language.

Hello i ve updated windows on my ntb and i have little troubles with my beats.When i switch on ntb sound is good but after time is bass, treble, center, space and focus shout down.I ve tried update driver, reinstall, uninstall and install but nothing.Everything is heppening when i am on internet. You have to UPGRADE your 8.1 operating system to Windows 10 first. After the upgrade the it should be automatically activated. After that you can do clean install of Windows 10. It will be automatically activated when online. (During installation it will ask for Product Key couple of times, just click on skip) Since you have already done clean install without upgrading first, you will have to reinstall original Windows 8.1 or do recovery installation. Once you've done that, you upgrade to Windows 10 and do clean install afterwards. (Make sure it's activated before clean install) Remember, the Windows 10 is tied to your paticular computer/motherboard and can not be transfered to other computer/tablet.

Microphone Problem in Beats Audio after upgrading to Win 10

I have a HP Envy 15 j103tx laptop which I recently upgraded to Windows 10. After upgrading, the sound worked well but the little checkbox next to the output source stopped working. As you can see I have two playback devices: one my laptop's speaker and other my tv's speaker which I have connected with a hdmi. I cannot select my device through the checkbox now. It doesn't do anything. Similarly, I also cannot select the Internal Microphone of my laptop. Due to which my microphone no longer works. But to no avail. I request Hp to solve my problem as soon as possible.

Did you make a backup of the bookmarks and possibly other personal data in the Firefox Profile Folder?
