I have recently had to get my laptop reset due to the blue screen of death. I didn't manger to de activate my photoshop. I have now since got my laptop fixed and would like to re install photoshop. I have tried and it is saying that the serial number has already been used. this was on my laptop before it broke. how do I go about this?

Try it again and keep checking your email, it also depends on how fast your Internet is because, I used to have a really slow Internet connection thing and it would take hours or even a day!! If you have another apple product like phone, or iPod see if you can go on there and try it. I'm not that advanced with this stuff but it works for me!

How to retrieve all my backup data after iphone 4 has been restored as new?

did a factory restore on my iphone 4 today and set it up as a new phone in my itune, last time when i restored from backup, all my older data were synched to my phone... but now i'm clueless about how to get all that back, where are my data once the phone was set as new? ps. i'm not very tech savvy, please refrain from using terms i might not understand, lol...

you need a DVD with ilife. it comes bundled with all new computers so you can install it from install disks that came with the computer. To do that insert disk 1 , open it in finder and double-click on "install bundled software only".

Can't install Elements 10 after I bought it in 2012 on my new iMac. I have redownloaded, uninstalled, called Adobe, online chatted with them, am on hold now for 1.5 hours. Can anyone please help me. My computer that Elements was originally installed on was stolen in a burglary. I just want what I have already purchsed. One message told me that my serial number was wrong, but it is not wrong!

....and in addition to reading the link Todd posted, it would probably make much more sense to post a few specs of your hardware, so someone could at least take a guess at what might be going on. You know, not much point to just saying that something doesn't work when we cannot possibly have the slightest clue about your specific audio hardware and its settings. Could be anything from bad drivers to genuine problems in AE, but who's to say?

I had to restore my laptop to the original purchase set up and now I need to reinstall my Elements 10. I have the serial number but don't know where to do this.

I installed my Photoshop Elements 6 and was going to try to upgrade again from that to see if it would work that way. I entered the old serial number on the 6 and once it was loaded tried to upgrade but it wants me to purchase it again. Then I found a spot in the help section which if I understand says I could have enteredthe new serial number purhaps. Now I dont know if I should un-intall the elemnts 6 and re-enter the Photoshop 10 serial number when it asks for it. All this trouble because I restored my laptop for an Office Starter program that wasnt working. Thanks for any help Bonnie

To open teh zip file you need a utility , like winzip , 7zip etc You are on teh right track , serial number do work in the trial installation , just open the downloaded file and run the setup.
