How do I read my archived email stored as a pdf by adobe?

How do I read my archived email stored as a pdf by adobe? I have been archiving my email in adobe x.  When I go to view it I cant seem to access the information, but the file is 200 mb and growing. I can read the first email but that is all.

I set up the archiving as per the “Setup Automatic Archival” instructions and it
appears to be archiving things in a pdf, however when I go to open up the saved
file “text.pdf” all that I see is the first e-mail in the collection as a pdf
and nothing else.  I can’t seem to access the rest of the e-mails.
They appear to be there, if I look at the volume of the file, 200 mb (screen
shot 2).  I have tried opening it from acrobat pro x, outlook, acrobat
reader and other various programs to no avail.
I have attached (tried to) a print screen:
Screenshot of the file explorer showing archived file names and volumes.  (the title
CGT902 email.pdf at 203,885 kb is the archive title.  The first screenshot
below is what I see when I open it.)
Thank you for responding to my question.  This seems simple but I seem to have hit
a wall.

  • How can I show outlook archived emails on iphone

I archive my emails on my windows 7 laptop but want to be able to have access to those archived emails on my iphone. Is there a way to have the sync'd like the inbox and sent box are?
    Thanks,
    Jeff

To keep mail in sync requires an IMAP or Exchange account, such is not possible with a POP account. The only mail folders that can be kept in sync are folders created on the server...again, requires an IMAP or Exchange account. Local folders, created on a computer, cannot be kept in sync.

  • How can I read my incoming emails in one folder?Like I do in Live mail and Outlook express.

Now we can only read emails in different folders if I am managing multiple email accounts.
It does not feel so comfortable as we use Live mail and Outlook express.

'''Unified Inbox for pop and Imap mail accounts:'''
If you use the Unified folder view, this will show an Inbox with all emails from all accounts, with sub folder Inboxes for the individual Inboxes for the various accounts. Then you can choose to view the collective Inbox or the individual Inbox.
This method can be chosen simply and quickly.
    * View > folders > Unified
'''Setting up Pop mail accounts to use Global Inbox.'''
Pop mail accounts can be set up to use a Global Inbox in Local Folders.
Imap mail accounts cannot be set up to use Global Inbox, but can use the Unified view.
To change Pop mail accounts to use Global Inbox, you would need to move all emails into Local Folders Inbox.
Then change the settings for each pop mail account.
Tools > Account Settings > Server Settings for the pop mail account
    click on 'Advanced' button
select 'Inbox for a different account' and 'Global Inbox (Local Folders)
    click on OK
You need to do this for each Pop mail account.
Then close Thunderbird. You must do this before downloading anything otherwise the emails may continue to go to the wrong Inbox.
Wait a few moments for Thunderbird to fully close and then restart Thunderbird.

  • How do you delete all archived email at one time from my ipad2?

Is there any way, besides hitting edit and touching next to each individual email, to delete all the old emails that come up on on my ipad2?  I've also tried tapping the trash can but that takes even longer.

Go to the sent Mailbox, tap edit, tap all the emails, tap the trash can.

  • How do I retrieve and archived email?

I am trying to retrieve emails I have archived, but my archive folder properties show "0 Emails" and no file size. I had them archived by years, and was trying to get into the 2013 folder I created, but it's empty. Is there some way to retrieve them? Does Thunderbird have an auto-delete function I can check/change so it won't happen again?

  • How to set "Read mode" as default view for a pdf?

    Hi All,
I have a requirement to open a pdf in "Read mode" (to get the floating toolbar) whenever an user open it in Acrobat Reader. Is there anyway to set this option in the pdf like "Open in full screen mode"?
    Or
Can we add any little javascript to acheive this?
    Or
Is there any other way to get the floating toolbar and add it into the pdf whenever we require?
    Please help.
    Regards,
    Muthuraj. D

No. Read Mode is a choice made by the user, nothing in the document can force it to happen.
There is no scripting or API access to the heads-up-display "floating toolbar".

  • Reading archived email

For years, I have backed up my business and personal email every weekend and archived it on a backup hard drive.
But since I switched to 10.4.9, I no longer can read the archived email. I can only do so by importing it into my mail.
Is there a solution I am missing? This is a huge pain. What used to be a simple way to look back to e-mail from a particular quarter is now a problem. I appreciate any help you can give me.
Power PC G5   Mac OS X (10.4.9)   Dual 1.8 Ghz

    You’re welcome.
You aren’t making this very clear, but you appear to be talking about having upgraded from Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) to Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and trying to open Mail 1.x mailboxes in Mail 2.x.
The thing is, regardless of what you were able to do in Mail 1.x (which remains unclear to me and cannot currently try myself), the mailbox format used by Mail 2.x is completely different. Mail 1.x mailboxes must be converted to the new format (e.g. by importing them) if you want to be able to view their contents in Mail 2.x at all...

  • How Do I Verify a Second Email Address for Form Central

I set my Adobe Account up with a primary email, but I want my form responses to come to a different email. How can I verify a second email address.
Here is what Adobe says...I'm not sure I fully understand this process.
    https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-4371
    Thanks Team!
    Guy

In order for an email address to receive responses, there must be a FormsCentral account that uses that email address.  An address is verified by logging into the email address in question after configuring the new FormsCentral account.  An email is sent to the account and you verify the account by clicking on a link in the email.  Once this is done the account is verified.  The steps are:
Create a new FormsCentral account using the second email address (can be a Free account)
Log into the second email account and click on the link within the email that FormsCentral sends for verifying new accounts
When creating forms in your primary account, you can now add the second address as a recipient for email notifications.

How can I integrate the Fox add-ons into a PDF (Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox), such as Babylon English Dictionary? Many PDF do support my add-ons. BTW, the PDF in question is one that I have uploaded to my web site.

Babylon would need to support Adobe Acrobat for that to happen.

How do I replace numbers with text in tax return pdf using Adobe Acrobat X Pro? The tax return was created using CCH software. Thanks for your review.

Thanks Bill for your quick reply. CCH software is one of the major

make the changes from numbers to text i.e. "$123,456" to "See Schedule O".
I am not sure if I am working in form or final text. Thanks again! Kelly

  • How do I get my deleted emails to go to the deleted items in Outlook and not the archived folder?

How do I get my deleted emails to go to the deleted items in Outlook and not the archived folder?

Who is the email account provider?
With an Apple iCloud account, there is a preference setting with the account settings on the iPhone to archive messages - save deleted messages in your Archive folder.
I believe the same is available with a Gmail account.
