How do I recover a deleted note on my ipod Touch v.4?

I accidentally deleted a very important note, is there a way I can recover it? I use a PC and don't know if it backs notes up to iTunes. Can it be recovered on the iPod?

- If you backed up your iPod after you created the Note than restore the iPod from backup. See:

If you use USB backup and suncing make sure that autosyncing is turned off. Otherwise when you connect the iPod to the computer the backup with th Notes will be overwritten. To turn off check the box "Prevent iPods...syncing" in iTunes>Preferences>Devices
- You can also likely set up Notes to be automatically email by turning on that option in Settings>Mail...>in specific mail accounts.

If your note is gone from iCloud.com there is only a few ways to possibly recover deleted notes on iPhone.
The first things I would check is a iCloud Backup, a iTunes Backup, or a 3rd party email that may have contained the note. To restore from a iCloud or iTunes backup follow HT1766. This article explains how to restore a device from either back up.
Note if you have backed up since the note went missing, you will not have the note on the backup. Make sure you do not back up if trying to restore from a back up as this will back up the content without the note.
To get to the "Set up assistant" on an iOS device, you must go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. Once the phone restarts, you will be at the "Set up Assistant"
Gmail emails are very commmon sources for notes and you may have been adding them to the gmail notes without even knowing it.

If the iPod was being backed up through iTunes, you can restore the Notes from a previous backup.

If iCloud was setup on the iPod AND you backed up to iTunes then you would have to turn off the wifi router in your home, then do the restore, and copy the notes out. When the wifi is re connected the original notes will sync with iCloud and automatically disappear.

I'm not meaning specific events here. I want to delete the ENTIRE calandar linked to my email, along with all events connected to it. I THOUGHT I was adding birthdays to a birthday list, but no, all my events linked to my email. I don't want them to link to my email. I WANT to make a calandar for my payday events, and use a separate one for birthdays, and still another for appointments. How do I create a separate calendar for each of these things, and delete the one associated with my email?
*Edit, I finally figured out how to delete my email calendar, but now I'm stuck with a generic one I can't label instead, along with the birthday calendar. Further, when I try to add a birthday to ONLY the birthday calendar it adds it to the general instead. I WANT my birthdays on the birthdays and so on. How do I fix this??

As long as you don't delete the trash, the files should be recoverable.
I suspect using the Put Back command could take a long time, so be patient.
If your Time Machine backups are mixed with your daughter's backups you might want to buy a larger drive and move the Time Machine files to the new drive.
Regarding missing photos in iPhoto...There might be options to rebuild/recover that data from iPhoto rather than trying to revert to a Time Machine backup.

I don't recommend Western Digital because of the boot problem with some of their drives.
