My laptop crashed a few days ago and I was unable to recover all of my purchased songs. I was wondering if there anyway I could get my songs back?

Before 2 months ago I'm tried to change my region in the Apple Store and I was have a problem it I can not change the area until the reset my balance to 0 and it was I have a balance of 0.40 pounds, I contacted with the technical support at Apple and they told me should reset your balance to 0, but the balance was only 0.40 pounds and I can not buy any product because that amount is too little, So they suggested me to reset my balance to I can change my region and I have accepted this and they have already reset my balance to 0 and then was able to successfully change the region .
Now I have another problem which I can't to recover missing purchased items from my old region !!!

You cannot use the iTunes store there any longer just as you can no longer use the food store you used to visit. Unless you can change your country back to the one you used to use you no longer have access to purchases made there which is why it is important you keep backups of all purchases made there.
The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.

Not all movies qualify for download on demand from iTunes in the Cloud, the rights may be reserved by the content provider and can vary by region. What response have you had from iTunes Store support?
If you have still have the computer they were on it might be possible to extract the hard drive, mount it in an external drive bay and recover the content from it.

You need to be logged into iTunes using the same Apple ID (iTunes Store account) you used when you oiginally purchased the songs from the iTunes Store. You can check the Apple ID used to purchase a particular song by doing a Get Info on the song and looking for Account Name on the Summary tab of the Info window.

I have several groups of pictures that have gone missing since I first used Picasa to share some photos. I could care less about a lot of them but there were a couple of hundred of my trip to England I would really like to recover. The thumbnails show up in my Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 but when you click on them they say that they are missing. These photos are no longer in MY Pictures either and the only thing in those folders is a Picasa.ini .
I have also checked my recycle bin but there is nothing in there. Does anyone have any help as to how I may recover these photos?

It is a common misconception that Starter Edition 'stores', or copies, your files into it. But the program does not move or copy files at all, rather it scans your system's My Pictures directory, and generates miniature versions of your pictures (called thumbnails) so that you can browse a 'flat' list of thumbnails of your photos, overcoming the inconvenience of having to go into separate folders in Windows Explorer to have to find files.The thumbnails, as well as any tags, and Albums that you create in Starter Edition are all stored in the Photoshop Album catalog file, separate from your pictures, and your pictures remain where you originally copied them to your computer.
If you use Photoshop Album to subsequently download files from a digital camera or scanner, the default location where the program will create those files would be in the My Pictures>Digital Camera Photos folder. But if you do NOT use Photoshop Album Starter edition to download files from your camera, then you will find that folder empty.
The thumbnails in the Starter Edition catalog will exist, even if you decide to move or delete the original photos that were added to the program. This will cause files in the Photoshop Album catalog to become 'disconnected' from the original photos. To reconnect the files, you can use the File>Reconnect Missing files command to see if the program can locate the original files in a new location, and once again re-link the catalog thumbnails to the files they once referenced.
Since Photoshop Album has been discontinued, I recommend that folks find an alternative solution. One alternative that will preserve most of what you've created in Starter Edition is the Photoshop Elements 8 trial. Install that, and it will automatically convert the Photoshop Album catalog to a current format, and the program will not time out, as Starter Edition did. If you want to purchase more Editing power, you can also choose to purchase the full program, but it's not required.
If you are like many who have come to this forum wondering how you can get to your photos, now that the program has become locked or expired, don't worry; your photos have never been moved by Photoshop Album; they remain wherever you intially put them, on your hard drive. To get to them, you can navigate your file system using Windows Explorer. They are typically in your My Documents>My Pictures folder. One way is to open the App Store on the iPad, click "Updates" on the bottom, then "Purchased" and retrieve them from there. (This assumes you have signed in to the App Store at Settings > iTunes & App Stores).
Another way would be to simply sync your iPad to iTunes on your computer, where you have presumably stored your apps during previous syncs.

If you are in a country where films can be re-downloaded and they aren't from studios that don't allow it and the films are still in the store then they should appear in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app. If they don't then have you got copies of them on your computer and/or on a backup that you could resync to the iPad ? Where did the music come from e.g. bought from iTunes, copied from CDs ? You can only upload music to iTunes Match from a computer's iTunes, so if those songs were copied from CDs then were they in your computer's iTunes library when you subscribed to it ?
When you turn on Match on an iOS device you are effectively saying that you want to replace the music that is on that device and use what you have stored in Match instead.
