How do i recover my pc factory new?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask about this?
Hello, i have formated my pc a few times now, but now, this time. I can't ? When i go to Control Panel - system and safety - Restore the computer to a earlier time - Advanced.
Normally i can restore my computer to factory new there, but that option aint there anymore? There is just Reinstall windows, and restore the computere to a earlier time.
The reason to i want to format my pc is because i get a lot of dll error, and game errors.
Does anyone know how to restore the computer to factory new? I have contacted the store i bought it from on their website, but they don't answer me. :/

I read the link you send me and thanks, but the thing is that I still can't get into my Adobe Id, because when I try they ask me to reset my password in an email they will send me to my old account and there is the problem, because I don't have acces to that old acount, [email protected]
now this is my new email, because the las one it was hacked and I just can't get back to it.
So I would like to have access to my account and update this new email account, to have acces to my CC account.

How can I recover from the new Pages

Does anyone know how I can recover a Pages file which has become locked into the new Pages program? I never edited it with the new Pages, but now I'm told I must have the new Pages to open it. I even tried opening it with the new Pages and converting it to PDF with the plan to copy and paste it into Pages '09, but i lost control of line spacing, etc. (It is a 4-column file of data on one page (in the '09 version, that is). Appreciate any help.

Surely you did edit the file with Pages 5.2, or you wouldn't be having this problem. It's an easy mistake to make since both versions have exactly the same filename and extension. They are just stored in different folders. 5.2 is in Applications and 4.3 is in Applications/iWork '09.
Use TimeMachine to locate a clean backup file.

Sorry those pics might be gone, since you restored from your backup.
Only way possible if by some possibility you were able to backup your current data to itunes, then you can restore from that backup.
Open itunes - edit - preference - devices - backup - see if there is an up to date backup.
If you don't have one then sorry those pics are gone.

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.
