How do I recover notes?

My iphone 4s just deleted all the notes from my phone. I had VERY important stuff there. How do I recover them? Is there a way to?

I believe this is the procedure: Go to Time Machine preferences (System Preferences>Time Machine. under System) and check "Show Time Machine in Status in menu bar" in order to have the Time Machine icon at the top of your screen. Open your Mail inbox, go to the Time Machine icon on the menu bar enter Time Machine. Go back to whatever time you want and scroll down the left sidebar of Mail to Notes (under Reminders). Highlight the note(s) you want to restore and click on Restore on the bottom right of the Time Machine dock.

You sync songs from your itunes library to each device.
All of your music should be in your itunes library on your computer. From there you can sync them to whatever idevice(s) you like.

To fix the vanishing music problem on my iPhone, the Apple store had me hard restore my iPhone and told me not to restore from backup. I can find how to replace my music, calendars, etc from iTunes, but I can't figure out how to restore my "notes". Since I've been storing a lot of stuff in notes, I need to get the notes back. There is no obvious place in iTunes. There are no notes in my my "notes" app in OS 10.9.

If they were in the "On my iPhone" account, they are gone now. You would have had to sync them to the Notes app on your Mac.
Did you ever do a backup? If so, there are some programs that claim they can extract data from backups, so trying one of those may be worth doing.

I've seen and experienced this. Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

How do I recover notes lost due to switching my associated email account on the iPad?

I'm using the original iPad (software version is 5.1.1) and was trying to email a note to a friend. Here is what happened:
1. The email containing my note did not go thru so I went into the email app. I discovered that my email was not connected properly so I went into settings and tried to re-enter the password for my gmail account. I still could not log in.
2. Then I went to gmail on my computer and noticed that there was suspicious activity on my account so gmail forced me to reset my password. Done.
3. Back to my iPad. Logged into my email with the correct password and it still would not work.
4. Decided to change the gmail account associated. Logged in properly this time. Went into Notes and my notes disappeared in front of my eyes and switched to the Notes that I have on my iPhone (which are different). At this point I realized that Apple has some stupid setting that links notes to an email account.
5. Next, I tried to recover my old notes from the original gmail account. Logged in again and this time it worked (I think it took some time for the iPad to retrieve my newly updated gmail password). Notes still did not appear.
6. Back to settings. Selected the Gmail account, turned off notes, and turned them back on. Still no notes.
7. Back to my computer. Noticed there is a Notes folder automatically created on the email account. The note I wanted was the only one not in that folder. Thanks Apple.

BTW, I believe the reason why the note I needed was the only one not saved in my Gmail "Notes" folder is because it was the only note created after my Gmail account encountered suspicious activity therby causing my iPad to require a password update.
Once I switch email accounts, the note was lost (hopefully not forever) since my iPad didn't have time to receive the updated password info from Gmail and push the latest note to the notes folder.
I'm convinced this is what happened and caused the problem. I just need someone to crack my case for me!

Unfortunately, Apple removed the feature to "browse backups" in Time Machine backups of iPhoto a few years ago.
You have to restore the entire iPhoto library to a separate location to be able to "see" it, and then choose the specific images that you want use.

It sounds like you have photos in your Photo Stream that you would like to download. The photos are not actually stored on your Apple TV, it sounds like they are being displayed from your Photo Stream. Please read over the attached article for information on your Photo Stream and how to download these photos.

Because your Mac and PC have more storage than your iOS devices, you can choose to download all of your My Photo Stream photos automatically.
In iPhoto or Aperture preferences on your Mac, select Photos (or Photo Stream) > My Photo Stream > Automatic Import. All of your photo stream photos will import into your Events, Projects, Photos, Faces, and Places folders in iPhoto or Aperture.
On your PC with My Photo Stream on in the Control Panel, all of your photos will import intoC:\\Users\<user name>\Pictures\iCloud Photos\My Photo Stream
