I downloaded the Premere trial a few months ago and deleted it from my computer when I was done. Now I have Creative Cloud but my Adobe Apps Manager says I have the latest version so it won't give me the option to download it any more. How do I download it again?

What OS does you have? Win or Mac? Check if you have any Adobe PP CS6 shortcut in /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers, if yes uninstall it, start AAM and check if now you can download it. I bought the latest version of Growl on the App store, then later forgot I already had it and used the Growl uninstaller to remove it, thinking to buy the latest version...duh. Now on the app store it says it is already installed and I can't seem to find a way of re-downloading it to reinstall it. The app store is a pain this way. Are downloaded apps kept somewhere locally after purchase? This would help when reinstalling is needed. I always keep a copy of a new/updated app in a folder in case of need, but haven't figured out where apple puts this on the OS, assuming it does...

You can't. You will have to reinstall OS X or restore App Store from your backup.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.

FCE can only be installed from the original disc; the application cannot be downloaded. Updates can be downloaded from Software Update, but you must install FCE first.
In case you are migrating from another Mac, don't try to migrate FCE from the old Mac. Do a fresh install from the FCE disc on your new Mac.

If you are getting an 'invalid security code' message then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

Apps gone - how do I redownload them?

I've searched a bit, and I have found two answers.
1 - this post - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 - which is great, if I had like 2 apps to download. I have over 180. So no, I am not going that route.
2 - by transferring them from my phone. Let's pretend my phone was wiped out by the latest iOS upgrade I did, and this is a new laptop and the previous data is unrecoverable.
Now, I want to download to my laptop / this iTunes installation, which is my only iTunes installation, every application that I have ever purchased, so that I have it again. How do I go about doing this?

You think dealing with the IRS to get a copy of every tax return you ever filed is easier than redownloading your apps? Come on? Be reasonable.

You just resync your iPhone with iTunes on your laptop.
If you are logged with the same Apple ID on both devices it should be available to download from your phone:
Open App Store app > Updates > Purchased

1) authorize iTunes on the new machine for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.
btw, purchased apps can be redownloaded over and over free of charge ...

How can I save an app's data to my computer and then put it on a different device

I just made a new Apple ID on my iPod Touch 4thGen because my old one wouldn't let me buy anything grrrrr. So i made this new account to be able to buy things (even though i am not pleased that the old account had $10 left on it, grrrrr). I put $10 on this new account and went into Clash of Clans to buy some gems. Well since I had downloaded Clash of Clans with my old Apple ID it would not let me buy anything with the new account unless I redownloaded the app, but I do not want to do this because I would lose all my progress. So this brings me to my question, how can i get my app data back on my device after deleting it and still have the app functioning properly?

Yo can't. apps are locked to the account thatpurchased them and in-app purchases can only be mad with the account that originally purchased the app.

That wasn't a very good idea. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another or merge Apple IDs. Not for anyone. All of the content that you got free or bought with the old ID is forever associated with that ID. You cannot redownload or update any of it without the old Apple ID.
