How do I reduce the space between headlines in Firefox via DW?

Hi all,
I have a website up and running, I can send the URL to anyone who thinks s/he may be able to help me.
The webpages look great in Explorer Internet. However in Firefox, there's a lot of unslight gaps between the main headline, the sub-heading, etc. And I've tried to find out why it's like that, by peering into DW's coding part, but I can't seem to see the code that influence this. Does anyone have any idea?
I should add that I use a template for all of these webpages, and that I've set up editable regions within that template. I get this feeling that the way I set up the editable regions may be part of the problem, so I'm going to go and test that hunch.
In the meantime, if any of you have run into that problem in Firefox (but not EI), and have any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks for providing the link. I was actually right the first time. Your issue actually falls on browser compatibilties. Firefox has a different way of interpreting paragraph - <p>... </p> tags. By default, it adds some more space.
I am inserting a screenshot here when I edited your page in Dreamweaver:
Instructions:
Highlight the group of text which has an issue - "Do you need....products?*".
Go to the Tag Inspector grid (bottom part) where you can see blurred tags like <table>, <tbody>, <tr>, ... and the bold tags <mmtinstance:editable>.
Right-click on the <p.blurb> tag and choose Remove Tag. This means this is a paragraph tag using the "blurb" class.
After this you will see that the formatting for the highlighted group of text has been removed.
While the texts are still highlighted, go to Insert menu > Layout Objects > Div Tag
In the Class input textbox, type the word blurb and click OK.
Save the page and preview it in Firefox again.

Okay, I've got it worked out. I reckon it will work for my purposes although I have yet to test it in my app.
The trick is to use a negative value for the StyleConstants.setSpaceAbove(spacing2, -5.0f);The code below shows a comparison between a text pane with default spacing values and a text pane with that -5 space above value.

I have made a Photopage - and some of the Photos are croped and when I add them to the page there is a loot of space between the one above and underneath

Is there a way to make them more even???? So the gap is not that big when I crop the photos?

The photogrid is square. Your pictures are rectangle. That's difficult to fit.
To change the settings of the photogrid, click on an image.
You can change the number of columns, the spacing between the images, the numbers of lines for the caption and the number of pictures on a page.
It's all there.

use &ekpo-ebeln(C)& it is for reducing the space...
if you are trying to codense the space in prog and then want to pass that to script use
condense ekpo-ebeln <no-gaps>.
<no-gaps> is optional ...so as per your requirement you can use it

How to I increase the space between the top of tabs and the frame of the entire window? It was fine until Firefox updated and since it updated it reduced the space. Now the space is too thin which makes it more difficult to move the open window frame around when I need to grab something from Desktop. Image attached.

Okay, I haven't found a way to add an extra space using Find/replace, but you might be able to add some text wrap to the check boxes that will push the text away from them.
Open Find/Replace and click the Object tab.
Click the Specify attributes to find button to the right of the Find Object Format: field.
Under Basic Attributes, choose Stroke and then the Black swatch (assuming the black swatch is applied to the strokes of your check boxes). If there are no other stand-alone objects in your form with a Black stroke, this should be all you need. (If there are Black strokes on your table cells, they will be ignored.)
Click OK
Click the Specify attributes to change button to the right of the Change Object Format: field.
Under Basic Attributes, choose Text Wrap & Other > Text Wrap > Type: > Wrap around bounding box (2nd button from left)
Under Offset, set a Right offset at the distance you'd like to add (I don't know what units you use, but the 3-5 points might work for your purposes...might take some trial-and-error to get it where you want)
Click OK
Click Change All

Well the good news is it looks like it's going to be some css and html issues the bad news (for most people) is it looks like it's going to be some css and html issues.
Couple things.
Are you looking at vertical or horizontal spacing?
Region 1 in the shipped themes are used for breadcrumbs and usually have set vertical spacing and margins.
Have you looked at the other layout examples in that application, there's 2 that show different ways of getting exact layout.
Look at your page template there is an attribute called
Region Table attributes
if it looks like
summary="" cellpadding="0" border="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"
change it to
summary="" cellpadding="0" border="0" cellspacing="0"
and see if that helps?
If you can put an example on htmldb.oracle.com thats the easiest way to help you out, as a rule it's very hard to debug UI issues without seeing them.

Hello, I have recently upgraded to Pages 5.0.1, I would like to adjust the space between the bullet and the start of the sentence without having to use space as I need to save this action as part of the template that I am working on. I know the tabs at the top adjust indent but they move the bullet too, I need to change the space between the two. Thanks in advance for the help!

Please ignore this question, I found it, just wasn't used to the new layout of the inspector. For anyone else who is looking, the inspector is the pannel on the left, at the top click style, then at the bottom you will see bullets, click the arrow next to bullets to expand the options then adjust the "text" indent, note there are two indent options "Bullet" and "Text", "text" effects the space between the bullet and word and "bullet" effects the space between the margin and bullet.
Now I just need to work out how to update the default font styles in new pages and I'm back to where I was six months ago.

PARAMETERS: P1(3), P2(5).
SELECTION-SCREEN END OF LINE.
Only use this for single range ie from P1 to P2
Define a range in your report and populate the range from P1 and P2.

How can I reduce the width between search results and the preview fly-out?

Hello, I am using a custom masterpage that reduces the overall width of page content but I am seeing an issue with my enterprise search site. The search results look fine but there is a large horizontal gap between the results and document preview window
(when mousing over a word/excel/powerpoint result). This means that the preview fly-out is hardly visible unless the user scrolls horizontally to the right. Can someone tell me how to set a reduced width between the results web part and the preview window?
Example:

I think the issue is with the Callout orientation, have you customized the page and if so then you can customize the callout.
check "beakOrientation" and you can set values like topBottom, leftRight as per your requirement.

How can I reduce the time between songs to zero for seemless mixing

Hi, Ive only just got my 5th generation Ipod and was wondering if its possible to reduce the time gap between songs to zero. I.E a lot of Cd's and albums I have are mixed so it doesnt seem there is a pause between each song but when I put the cd's onto my ipod there is still a pause.
For example I have a 2 many djs album which is heavily mixed with a new song every 30 seconds so it is a bit of a nuisance if there is a pause every 30 seconds.

Your question gets asked on a daily basis, and has been answered many times. If you search for 'gapless playback' you'll see how just how many people inquire about this.
In short... the iPod does not support gapless playback.
If you want to eliminate the gaps, one workaround is to join the individual tracks together, and play them as one single track. You can do this by reimporting the CD into iTunes using the 'Join CD Tracks' feature.

How can I reduce the space taken up by "other" on my iPhone 4?

I have a 16GB iPhone 4, with the latest iOS installed. For quite some time now (at least 6 months), the "Other" bar in the capacity graph when syncing in iTunes has taken up a lot of space. I tried restoring my phone a couple times, but it didn't fix it. The space taken up by Other hovers around 4GB, leaving me only a couple MB to a GB (depending on how much other stuff I put on my phone) of free space. Is this something like storage for applications (i.e. scores on levels of Angry Birds, browsing history in Safari, texts, calendar, and other info that doesn't fall under the criteria Audio, Video, Photos, or Apps), or is it something else?
I send and receive a lot of pictures and video via text or iMessage, so if it's because of that, would the solution be to delete the videos from the conversation?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
