How do I reformat the size of images and text on page to fit in normal full screen?

Recently my computer crashed due to age. I can reboot the system and have done so reinstalling all programs using Windows. I have Firefox that I use but my homepage is set to aol as this is my email address. IT was on Sunday evening Dec. 26th that my computer was rebooted after having been out of commission for a month. I just did not have time to do it sooner due to holidays. My problem is that when I got my homepage, which was the Mozilla Get Started introductory page, the images were absolutely huge. I can see what I am supposed to, however, it looks like the images have been zoomed in so many times. I don't like this. I want my pages to display images as normal size for full screen mode. I have tried using the View tab and choosing the zoom option, but it does virtually no good-if I zoom out you can still see things like images but print is too tiny and blurry. Again, never have I enlarged the font, pics, or anything else for the matter. I like my settings on fonts to be standard (10-14) depending on what I am seeing. I don't understand why this happened. This is the first time I am seeing this issue ever and need help. If I want to see all of my page I have to scroll horizontally and vertically in order to see it all. I want to see it all at one time. I have never encountered this problem before. Can anyone help me? I would appreciate someone contacting me soon via email of [email protected] denoting to me an appointment time I can log on and get live chat help for this. Please let me know if this can be done or if I need to just try to live with it. I assume, and assumptions are slippery indeed, that if this happened now that it will in future times. So, for sake of answering the box below I will choose "once."

Better you can use Canvas class and using drawImage() function you can show the image. Before that you have to Get the maximum size of your phone screen using the following:
x = (width/2) - (image.getWidth()/2);
y = (height/2) - (image.getHeight()/2);

How to send files like audio,video,images and text via RMI..

As I am working under a project, my own, of creating a chat machine, I've thought to make it capable of doing everything that MSN or yahoo MSN can do. Till now I've just been able to send messages and some small icons as expressions. So, my next step will be making my progam able to send even other files like audio, video, images and text to the person on the other machine to whom I'm chatting. But as I don't have any idea on how to start doing it, I want anyone who think he/she can help me to give me the basic logic that is used to do so. I would very much appreciate it. I've used vectors to store the text messages which is visible to all the users using the chat program enabling them to see various messages in it.

Now, I got stuck because the code doesn't seem to work well. For large files with around 40 mb or more size couldn't be sent. I have constructed the code, just rough sketch, as follows:
** In the Server Implementation class I've used FileInputStream to read the contents of a file that is sent as an argument to the method.
** Similarly, in the client side I've used RandomAccessFile to save the received array of bytes.

How do I change the size of images for a collage?

I am trying to create a collage in Photoshop CS4. I have found info on this and know that I need to create the background layer and then drag the images I want onto the background layer, then free transform the images to make them the sizes that I want. However, when I do this the image becomes distorted. Is there some way to make the images smaller and still retain the integrity of the image? As it works now the people in my images are getting stretched out one direction or another. Any information, or direction to information would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I'm not the most experienced yet, so there may be an easier way. But, first, the images and the background should be the same resolution...which you can check/change by going to Image-->Image Size. Then after dragging to your background use the free transform from the corner, while holding down the shift key. This will keep it proportional.

My home page and facebook games open with a very small window. The print is extremely small. How do I change the size of windows and print?

Even when I click on full size in my games on Facebook, the windows are not as large as they were in Internet Explorer and the print size is very small. I had changed the size of the print in IE, but don't know how to change it in Firefox. The same is true for my homepage.

How to protect image and text from page break

I have set on a smartform a single row which contains two columns. The first column has an image, and the second has some text. I want the program to send the whole row to the next page if it does not fit the page, instead of breaking it up in separate portions. I already set the line break protection in Table > Details, but that did not work. Also, if i go to the output options in the text, the option to protect from break is not enabled. How can I do this?

Changing the size of images displayed when a thumbnail is clicked

In an Aperture gallery, how do I change the size an image is displayed when a thumbnail is clicked. There are sliders for changing the size of the thumbnail; I can't find an adjustment anywhere for the size an image is displayed when the curved arrow in the upper left hand corner is clicked.

Do you mean "double-clicked"? In "Browser" mode, when I click on a photo, nothing changes. However, when I double-click on a photo, it switches to "Viewer" mode.
However, I'm missing the curved arrow that you mention. I can't find any photos with a curved arrow over them in any mode. In fact, the only overlays are the badges in the lower right.
Can you be a little more specific about exactly what mode you are in?

How can I reduce the size of IPhoto ?

I have tested IPhoto with a few hundred pictures.
I do not find this software very user-friendly, in particular because I can no longer locate the files of these pictures. I kept fortunately a copy of my complete set of my photo collection.
I removed all pictures from IPhoto, but the application shows a size of 600 Mb.
How can I reduce the size of IPhoto and recover this storage space?

There are three ways (at least) to get files from the iPhoto Window.
1. Drag and Drop: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
2. File -> Export: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
3. Show File: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
Rolls in the iPhoto Window (View -> Film Rolls) correspond exactly with the Roll Folders in the Originals Folder in the iPhoto Library Folder. You can move photos between Rolls, you can rename rolls, edit them, create them, as long as you do it via the iPhoto Window. Check out the Info Pane (wee 'i', lower left) the name and date fields are editable. Edit a Roll Name using the Info Pane, the Roll Folder in iPhoto Library Folder/Originals will also have the new name.
