Hello LLandoch.
You can find your list products at the following link http://supportprofile.apple.com/ , if you still taking that message of registration you should call Apple Care.
Hope you solve the issue with this info.
Regards.

  • Registering Apple Products

    Hi,
I wondering if anyone can help me.
I want to add a few of my apple products to my new iCloud email address. But when i try it through the Register Apple Product link at the bottom of the support page, I fill in all the details and it says "A confirmation email will be sent to the email address" but nothing comes through and my products and still not registered.
Can anybody help me with this?
    Thanks,

Well, I guess there are different opinions on this,...
Oh, without doubt. All opinions valid and correct. 'tis a personal thang.
...but I personally have seen "catch all" problem posts to be very difficult for helpers to tease apart.
Yes, it is a personal preference. Me, I would rather a user who is in doubt, post as articulately as he/she can, all the issues and lay them out in different paragraphs or numbered lists; as opposed to one enormous paragraph without any full stops, comas and weird stuff like that.
I do understand what you're saying about issues possibly being interrelated, but... throwing every question and every problem you have with your computer into one thread seems counterproductive to me, in general.
I recall, in another life (not this one), a poster did just that. Laid out the issues in an aesthetically pleasing manner that was easy to read and digest. Some issues were interrelated, others not. I split the issues and offered suggestions. On the issues that I was convinced were not related, I advised that they should start a new topic. All turned out well.
I very much get where your coming from also Rachel. As stated, 'tis nothing more than a personal thang.
Actually Human should be comfortable posting his questions in whatever way seems effective to him and it should be fine. People will help.
And that sums it up nicely. A user who has an issue(s) should feel comfortable in expressing that issue without fear of being "trodden upon" by those ummm... overzealous?... voluntary helpers who have lost the plot and instead on focusing on the poor soul's technical problem, focus on everything else but the technical problem.

  • I can't log in the App store because an from Zambia which is not listed in Apple outlets. How do i go around this as apple products are using globally and not only in the listed countries. My product is a Mac book pro.

I can't log in the App store because am from Zambia which is not listed in Apple outlets. How do i go around this as apple products are used globally and not only in the listed countries. My product is a Mac book pro. i feel this limits how i can use my product

Unfortunately you have taken an Apple product outside of the area where Apple currently does business. There isn't legally a way around this. Apple cannot license apps to you where you currently live.

  • Bangladesh is not included in "International Store Directory" so how can i order online for an apple product & how can i get it?

I read the 'Shipping Policy' of Apple Store (U.S.). It says "No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. Bangladesh is not included in "International Store Directory" section, so how can i order online for an apple product & get it?
If its possible for me to buy apple products through ordering online lets just say an iPhone4 and an iPod Classic then how much it will cost separately for each one in total?

The iPhone is not available for legitimate sale in Bangladesh. There are no supported carriers in Bangladesh. If you can purchased an unlocked iPhone in a neighboring country, you should be able to use it with any compatible carrier, but warranty service and support will not be available to you outside the country of origin.

  • How do I register Apple ID if I have a Maestro card?

I have a iPod touch 4G running on iOS 4.3.5. I have Apple ID but i can't download anything from Appstore whitout a card. So i made a Maestro card but i still can't register. Is there any way i can register Apple ID with Maestro card?
    Thanks

Thanks! I used MobileMe support instead and got an immediate chat line to someone who helped me fix the problem. Somehow my birthdate was off by a day and my backup email is already associated with my legacy Apple ID (that all my purchases are associated with). This is the trouble with not being able to merge a legacy Apple ID with a legacy MobileMe account after the iCloud transition!
The irony is, I'd be happy continue paying for iCloud the way I paid for MobileMe if there was a direct line to help! But putting AppleCare on any of my 6 Apple devices that are already covered by purchase protection just isn't worth it.

  • How can I remove the previous owners apple i.d. from my app store?

Just recently, after 8 months of ownership, my App Store has started to cancel my updates in favour of asking the computers previous owner to log into the app store to update. Is there any way I can remove their account from my App Store? It's getting annoying!

Were there apps that the previous owner bought from the Mac App Store on the Mac when you got it? They should have been removed before passing the Mac to you. At this point those are pirated apps and they can only be updated using the previous owners Apple ID. You should remove all of them from the Mac and buy them using your own Apple ID. Probably not what you wanted to hear.

  • How do you get straight answers about Apple products?

I'm trying to gather information on buying Apple products and my posts keep getting deleted.
So, I'm not even going to ask why my posts were deleted because I'm sure you have some reason for everything. What I am going to ask is where I can go to get real, uncensored answers about Apple computers so I can be an informed consumer, not just someone who is "wowed" by fancy packaging and the glowing apple logo.
    Thanks,
    Jeff

The problem I have is that there is an illogical mentality on this forum for a logical thought process of the user.
I am thinking of buying a mac...so strangely enough I come to Apple.com. I look around and realize that the sales pitches are fine and all, but they're not answering my questions.
So step two, look for an email address so I can contact Apple and ask them the answers to my questions....no email.
Ok, so next step, I come to the forums where I am already a member due to previous problems with another Apple product.
I make a post detailing my current options, thoughts, and questions.
In the REAL WORLD things aren't as black and white as Apple.com would lead you to believe so I asked some real world questions relating to both technical and advice from other Mac users.
The thread was closed down due to violating some terms. Even though I was saying right in my post that while I had other options I didn't want to discuss them here, I just wanted to discuss my Macbook related questions.
Doesn't matter though. It was deleted and that was that.
So what does that do? What it does is a few things.
    1. It makes the Apple forum seem cliche. You can't complain or the "Apple minions" will put you in your place and break a pinky just so you rememmber.
    2. It makes a potential customer like me very reluctant to buy the products because I don't feel good about the illusion of support based on whether it is favorable to Apple.
    3. It doesn't answer my questions. I posted the exact same topic on the Vista forum and it's still going, at post 30 and there is a lot of good advice even though I'm talking about installing vista on a Mac or the other way around.
Then...I get the same thing every time I come on this forum. A majority of people making **** sure they find a way to tell me I'm the one out of line and that Apple can do no wrong.
Regardless, it says a lot about a company when you ask questions and they are deleted because they're not favorable for whatever reason. It makes me say, "Well screw it then, I'll stick with what has worked and what I know"

  • How to install IPSec Client Certificate for Apple products (iPad,iPhoe and Mac)

We need  Ipsec vpn client authentication with certificate (instead of pre-shared key). We tested the same with Windows client and its works fine. However when we used the same certificates with Apple products (iPad, iPhoe and Mac) it doesnt work.
We have two types of certificates installed on the client from the CA server.
One is the root certificate with the extenstion .cer
and the other one is client certificate with the extension of .pfx (personal informaiton exchange)
We can not find a proper document to install certificates and client configuration for iPad,iPhoe and Mac. We need to know what type of certificates needed, what are the certificate formats and how to install etc.
Appreciate if someone has implemented this and share any documents.
    thanks

  • How do I run programs on my Apple products that require Adobe Flash?

I bought the new iPad 2 weeks ago and can't run most games or videos found on Facebook because Apple won't support Adobe flash. Does Apple have a software app that will allow Facebook, twitter and YouTube videos and games to run on Apple products?  I've found non of my devices (iPod, iPhone and iPad) will run on any of these social sites.

    Twitter has games?
There are some alternative browsers such as photon, skyfire, etc. that may or may not meet your needs.
Facebook has its own app on the iPad 2 and apps for several of the games on their site. There is an YouTube app that came with your iPad.

  • How can I register Apple care for my iPad if my ipad's warranty is not expire yet?

Apple care for my iPad will be expire in November 14, 2013. I want to extend my iPad's warranty. I already bought Apple Care warranty but when I register online it said I already had a warranty for my iPad. The question is, how can I extend my iPad's warranty?

You can only buy apple care once to extend your original warranty from one year to two. You can't keep reupping it every year if I'm understanding that's what you're trying to do.
After your device is two years old it's out of warranty and not eligible for any warranty from Apple (some retailers sell you up to 3 years of coverage, but you had to get that with the device)
