Download and Install the Creative Cloud desktop application to your new computer
Sign-in with your Adobe ID and password associated with your creative cloud membership
Download the software you'd like to use from the Apps section.
On the old computer:
Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application
Locate gear icon in top-right and choose Preferences from the menu.
In General tab, click Account, then click Sign Out from Creative Cloud.

An Internet connection is required the first time you install and license your desktop apps, but you can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license. The desktop apps will attempt to validate your software licenses every 30 days.
For annual members, you can use the apps for up to 99 days in offline mode. Month-to-month members can use the software for up to 30 days in offline mode.

I just registered to Creative Cloud CC and I need a system, who is running one right now that runs like champ?
I got many problems before with older versions and never get it to run good.
what really is a system that I should buy whether is a brand build it or one that I need to put togehter, I don't care.
I need a system that it should be able to run, edit and out put with no problems, in Premiere and After Effects.
is there anyone out there that can share his system information that is running good?

Firstly, if you still have access to older computer, sign out of CC activation on that computer by going to any product>help>sign out. This will deactivate your activation on the previous PC.
Then go to Creative Cloud Website and download the applications directly or download CC Desktop and downlad applications via that.
If you do not have access to older PC and you are getting a message like "Activation limit reached", the follow the steps mentioned in this document:
