Help .... my computer crashed. I need to reinstall a downloaded version of Photoshop CS3, PS Elements 6.0 and InDesign CS4 on my new computer
. I signed in to Adobe.com but could not find the link "My Products" which is where Adobe told me to go in the future. Thank you for your help.

if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

was lost when my computer crashed. How can I re-download?Unfortunately there isn't a download available for PSE 6, so if you didn't save your original download, I'm afraid you're out of luck. The downloads available at adobe are mostly the trials for older versions and for PSE 6 you couldn't activate the trial by entering a serial number so it wouldn't help you any.

Step 1 : Download the brush file to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS6/Presets/Brushes.
Step 2: Open Photoshop and open up a document.
Step 3: Click the Brush tool, then click the sized brush, then the small arrow and hit ‘Load Brushes’, choose the brushes you want and then hit OK.
The brushes should now appear in your list and be able to be selected and used. They should also appear the next time you fire up Photoshop.

I have opened the CC PS CS6 and used the oil paint filter on a photo - no problem. I then opened the new CC Photoshop 2014 and edited a photo - no problem. When I downloaded the CS6 it did give me an additional CS6 Bridge. So far so good, but I will post if I encounter problems.

Is it legal to download a free version of Photoshop CS3 and then use a serial number from elsewhere?
I downloaded a version of Photoshop CS3, but they did not provide a serial number. Without thinking, I looked up an appropriate serial number on the internet and typed it in, only to realize afterwards that what I had done might not be legal. So my question is, is it legal to do this or not?
Wait a minute ...if someone would be selling the serial number online why would he/she would make it public so that anyone can use.
There are various keygen present online that can generate such kind of serial number but using them is stricly illegal.....without knowing the source it would be hard to tell.
You can try and get is touch with the "Jeff Wright" , he is a Adobe employee who actively participate in forums....He can check that serial number and can let you know , is it legit or not

How do I reinstall previous versions of Pages, Numbers and Keynote on my iPhone 4 using iOS 7.0.3. I use Time Machine. I want to keep old Data Files on the iPhone.
I have the answer. The Older Versions were still in iTunes. My important files were in iCloud (uneffected) then I Installed from iTunes BackUp. Thanks

When opening a Photoshop file fthrough Bridge, how can I control which version of Photoshop the file will open in?
I store my PSD files adjacent to the original RAW file from which it was derived.
If I open the file folder and double click on that PSD file, it opens in CS6. But,if I use Bridge (CS6) to navigate to and open the same file, it first opens Photoshop CS5 and then opens that PSD file in CS5.
How can I control which Photoshop will open a file I select when opening it through Bridge?.Interesting, but it doesn't give a clue what I'm supposed to do. No Photoshop ducuments listed.
Look at the PSD file on the location Curt provided and search for Photoshop Document. Next to it ideally should show Adobe Photoshop CS6 if you have Bridge CS6 open. Click on it to provide the fly out menu and choose the correct Photoshop from the list.
But probably something went wrong with your install. By default Bridge chooses the latest version of PS to open its file in.
Maybe a reset of the preferences might also help you. Can you provide more details about OS version etc.
And do you have a good reason for keeping your Raw and finished files in the same location. Personally I keep them apart and use a proper file name convention (yyyymmdd and details) so I can easily search for the DNG files in my archive if I needed them but I don't make mistakes in opening the wrong one -

Installing a downloaded version of photoshop elements 8 for the mac
Can someone please help me. I downloaded version 8 of photoshop elements for the mac (a paid version and not the trial). When i click on the set-up icon and go through all the required information (i.e., serial number, etc.), the screen goes to checking the system and finally to "preparing to install". It sits there and does nothing. I have waited for hours but it just says "preapring to install". I have downloaded the app a couple of times. I rebooted a couple of times. I am running Snow Leopard 10.6.1 I also have the earlier version of Photoshop Elements, version 6. Can someone help please. I have holding now for 73 minutes on Adobe's support line.
Not to sound completely stupid but does this require me to download elements
again but under the new admin user?

Try creating a new admin user (system prefs>user accounts) and using that
for the install. -
