Where do you go to reinstall software? Can't find any support anywhere. I can't find where to go in my account when I sign in. Help

Download the appropriate version from here: Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh
Run it and enter your serial number when prompted, and you'll be good to go.

Did you buy the perpetual version of Lightroom or is this the subscription version? If perpetual, install and enter your serial number. If subscription, install using the creative cloud desktop app and be sure you're signed into it.

Exact same issue, with a Mac. Was getting the error changing modules error in LR5. So I decided to uninstall the app - by dragging the app from the Applications folder into the Trash, then emptying the Trash, as is the procedure for uninstall in a mac. CC still says it is installed, even after restarting, signing in and out of CC, etc. It must be looking at a log file somewhere instead of for the actual app.
Please respond if you can explan what is happening. In the meantime, I am going to search Adobe for the CC Cleaner, for Mac.

As long as you have the serial number you should not have an issue installing and activating Lightroom when you finish the system reinstall.

Reinstalling Mavericks depends on several factors:
if you erased your recovery partition
what OS originally came on your Mac.
I'll assume you don't have a backup available that you made before your mishap, because you didn't mention it.
That's really the take home message here: have a backup!
If you still have your recovery partition:
boot into the recovery partition (command R at restart)
use the recovery partition to reinstall Mavericks. see: OS X: About OS X Recovery
if you do not still have your recovery partition, then it depends on whether your Mac originally came with installer disks or not.
If it originally came with installer disks, you would boot from the installer disks, erase your HD, and then reinstall the OS that is on the installer disks, and then upgrade as necessary until you get to Mavericks.
If your mac did not originally come with installer disks, but you managed to erase your recovery partition, then you can try to boot into internet recovery (option-command-R at restart), and use internet recovery to erase your HD and reinstall the OS that originally came with your computer, and then upgrade to Mavericks if you need to. (the reference refers to ML but it applies just as well to Mavericks).

I have a Mac desktop, it crashed over the weekend and the hard drive had to be wiped. I need to know how I go about reinstalling Lightroom. I don't think I have an install disk.

I haven't tried plugging it in directly. At this point in time, I am awaiting disks for iPhoto and iMovie installation. I also found out that I will have to load all my photos and videos and such from the backup disks I have created through the years. Blech. I knew this would be time consuming. Being as MobileMe closes in June, I'm sure glad I started migrating early...

Since buying a new MacBook Pro back in February 2014, I have had non-stop issues using Lightroom. This is particularly frustrating considering I bought a new laptop specifically to improve my experience with Lightroom. The experience thus far has been anything but. The program freezes every time I try and 'right click' on an item, which means I have no way of reconnecting files or folders that are on external hard drives. It also crashes regularly when I try and open the program. I believe this may have something to do with how I moved files over from one computer to another. I have a growing suspicion that my libraries are corrupt.
It's now been 6 months, and I've uploaded quite a few new folders since then. However, I am ready to give all the last 6 months work away and start with a 2013 backup to ensure Lightroom runs smoothly. I've moved all current library information onto an external hard drive, and deleted the folder from my laptop. I've also tried to delete and reinstall Lightroom, but the program immediately crashes when I try to start it up again.
All this is to say I need some serious help getting Lightroom back up and running on my laptop, pulling in old data from my other laptop properly and bringing Lightroom back up to life on my new laptop. Any assistance or hand holding would be immeasurably appreciated.

I am have a grey screen problem and nothing has fixed it yet, so I was told to reinstall in from another computer because when I tried to load from disk to mac pro the mac pro would start to load, but then stop at the same place.

Once you get it to work, be sure to download and apply the lastest SL COMBO updater. for 10.6.8 (or any later version). This will ensure that the latest drivers & such for that newer hardware gets installed and the resulting OS can run optimally.

I am on Adobe's monthly subscription plan for Creative Cloud. I am new to Lightroom and I am using lynda.com for tutorials.
When the tutor said there were 122 pictures in their excercise files I found only 20 pictures. I then downloaded the Excercise files a second time and this was the same. I now wanted to delete the catalogue and start again. I could not do so. I then found that the layout on the monitor had changed. How do I reinstall or reset Lightroom so that I can start again bearing in mind that this is a subscrition package.
