How do I reinstall on a MAC with no disk drive?

It appears that on my work computer there is not a complete edition of ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE 5.5 DESIGN STANDARD present. I have the two original discs but the computer does not appear to have a compact disc drive. When I go to adobe on line all I seem to find is places to purchase the program. Help?

Used to be the case but no longer. Adobe's process is now much simpler.
All software versions (whether full or upgrades) include the full program code. The serial number you enter tells the installer if it's an upgrade or a full version.
Download the Lightroom 4.4.1 trial from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5599
Install it then enter your LR 4 serial number. The installer will then ask for an earlier version serial. Enter your LR3 serial and the install will complete.

The OS was corrupted when installed over an incompatible 10.6 version of Centrify. It should have been uninstalled prior to installing Lion, so I was hoping to do a fresh install without restoring anything related to older applications to sort out network hang conditions. Sorry to hear that saga. This time download another Lion installer from MAS by going to purchases and holding the option key. When downloaded it will appear in /Applications. Save it off to several different places on your disk and off.
Also, consider keeping bootable clones with SuperDuper or CarbonCopy Cloner.
That way if you have a problem, just boot up from the clone and keep on working until you're ready to fix.

You are allowed to have up to two activated installations of each version license you own, so unless you have already installed it to another system, you should be fine. If not, phone customer support. I've never heard of them refusing to reset a person's activations.

If you have the Media you can use it to create a bootable USB key via boot camp assistant.
It will create the usb and has the option of pre-downlading the drivers and bootcamp utilities for windows.
It is pretty much all automated and quite simple.

Force eject a stuck cd/dvd
First try the normal methods to remove the disc. Drag its icon to the Trash can in the Dock or select 'Eject' from the File menu.
If you are running a virtual machine, e.g. VMFusion, ensure that the CD is disconnected from the virtual machine. This will sometimes allow the CD to now show up in Mac OS X.
Shut down the computer and start up whilst holding down the mouse button. This may take some time, but keep your finger on the mouse button right up until the disc comes out or the log-in screen has appeared.
If you have Toast Titanium installed on your computer, choose EJECT DISC from the menubar.
Sometimes you can successfully use the eject disc button in iTunes even if the disc is not visible to the Finder
Open Disc utility and choose the disc you wish to eject in the left-hand pane, then click on the Eject button.
Some Macintoshes have a paperclip hole that you can insert a straightened paperclip into, manually triggering the eject mechanism.
Open Terminal and type "drutil tray eject" to eject the disc/tray, and "drutil tray close" to close the tray.
If your computer has an eject button on the keyboard, restart the computer holding down the Option key. When the startup disk selection screen appears, let go of the option key and press the keyboard's eject button.
