I am also facing the same issues. Sometime i get an option to reject call and sometime i won't .
Tried all the basic troubleshooting i could from my end but nogo. Also tried complete reset by loosing data still the same results. Any suggestions and fix, Apple ???

You can't. Either tap the Sleep/Wake button or just let the call to continue to ring.

Thanks for your prompt reply. However, the sources you gave do not seem to apply exactly to my situation. I have attached some screenshots that show what the dialogue box looks like for a pdf download, and what my settings in the Apps panel of Options are. You will note in the first screenshot that I have checked the box to handle this file type automatically; however, the next time I try to download a file of that type, the same dialogue box appears looking exactly like the one shown, so checking the "automatic" option appears to do nothing. The files to be downloaded from my Gmail messages are not generic or altered file types - they are shown as pdf, doc, docx, etc. So while your intent was good, your post did not help. Thanks anyway.

You can only join tracks when importing from a CD and likewise, the Options button is also only visible when importing from CD.
When the CD is in the drive and showing in iTunes, you will see Options, CD Info and Import CD choices. If you select Options, the Join CD Tracks option only appears when you have two or more adjacent tracks selected. See the screenshots below:

Incoming call volume settings when locked

Hi, I have the Iphone 5, for some reason incoming calls when the phone is locked are mute or on vibration. When the phone is unlocked it rings normally.
Can someone please advise how I change the volume settings on the phone when its locked? I keep missing phone calls when its locked.
Secondly, how do I change my email address?

When you unlock the phone and are looking at the home screen, if you press the up or down volume button, what do you see? It should say ringer, then a bar at the bottom showing how far the volume is turned up.
The ability to change those settings in Do Not Disturb are only available when Do Not Disturb is turned on, and they are only active when Do Not Disturb is on, not when it is off.
Secondly, make sure the mute switch on the side of the device is not turned on to block the ringing. See this fugure.

Hi Thanks for coming back to me. Yep it is an HP Photosmart. We have actually had the printer and the Ipad in the Apple Shop and they made them work with there. Also I have wirelessly logged onto someone elses router in the building and printed on to their HP Photosmart. On another forum someone suggested the Airport Extreme but apparently this is not a modem .... not sure what effect that would be.... does this help? Thanks again

I need help deleting videos, tv shows, and movies downloaded from itunes. I have followed the instructions to delete from the macbook, I selected the videos I wanted to delete and right clicked to delete. Nothing happens. When I double click on the video it still starts playing. I also followed the instructions to delete the videos from the iphone by swiping from left to right with nothing happening. I opened the videos on the ipad and there is no edit selection like in the instructions on the support page. Can you please tell me how to permanently remove this content so it doesn't try to copy from each device when I want to back up the Iphone and Ipad to my macbook. Thank you.

Hi, after turning on Voice over and then turning off the i pad 2, I found that it would not turn on again as the locking code which always worked till now, 2121 is not recognised. A voice can be heard when trying to enter the 4 letter code stating the letters
I have tried to repair programme by resetting several times and also downloading i tune software as suggested by your advice centre but the i pad remains locked

If it's slow on startup it would be extensions loading or LaunchDaemons starting up.
You should have a look in:
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/Extensions
You can count out anything in your home folder and it shouldn't put anything in /System as that's reserved for Apple.

Pop-Ups windows are effectively being blocked in Safari, but some web-sites have updated their sites to open a window when you click on content on their site. This is not a Safari issues it is a web-site issue. I am not sure on how to stop these without stopping other features on the browser. HT1338 How do I delete videos from iPhoto? Dragging photo to trash or pushing delete does not work.

I've transferred all my photos and videos from Iphoto to an external drive and would now like to delete them from my Macbook pro. I've highlighted the videos and photos and press delete and nothing happens. Drag it to the trash bin and the trash bin will not accept the phot/video. Also, pressing the carrot at the bottom of the photo brings up a menu that includes trash, but the trash icon is not highlighted and is not available. How do I delete these from my mac hard drive in order to free up space? Btw, brand new macbook with updated software running 10.8.3.

I found the answer to my own question. For anyone else having these issues: push control and option keys anf then delete all 3 together and photos and videos will be delted.
