How do I remove adblock if I haven't installed it?

TV player is blocking my access because I apparently have adblock installed. I haven't installed this and it shows up on safari extensions as an option to install. I've always had ads playing so it doesn't seem as if I have adblock!
I can't contact itv as I'm now blocked access to all their sites; has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

You can go to your safari extention manager to control all your extentions. Click on remove to remove your selected extention. Normally the installed plugin will be displayed on the manager.

You simply need to correct your birth date? Don't create a new account.
Go to https://appleid.apple.com/

I removed it by clicking on the "Tools" menu, then select "Add-Ons." Once the list populates, click on "Extensions," then locate the Yahoo Toolbar. Off to the right hand side you can click either "Disable" or "Remove." I disabled it, restarted Firefox 4.0 and no annoying Yahoo toolbar :)

I am selling my iMac and want to wipe the hard drive and set it up just as if I bought it. So I have installed OS X and don't want to go to the next step after restart (which is registration with apple ID etc.). But, how do I get the OS X cd out before I ship the computer so that it doesn't get damaged during shipping?

Clone the DVD to a USB flash drive, then boot from the flash drive to install. When you shut down the computer just remove the flash drive.
Clone using Restore Option of Disk Utility
Open Disk Utility from the Utilities folder.
Select the destination volume from the left side list.
Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
Check the box labeled Erase destination.
Select the destination volume from the left side list and drag it to the Destination entry field.
Select the source volume from the left side list and drag it to the Source entry field.
Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
Destination means the USB flash drive. Source means the DVD image displayed in the DU sidebar.

Its under system root\data\data\org.mozilla.firefox(beta)\files\mozilla\ here you will see the profile folder xxxx.default. This is where its located. If you want a true clean install, uninstall Firefox then delete the org.mozilla.firefox. Then reinstall.

If you haven't already, do Settings > iCloud and turn off Find My iPhone. You will have to supply your Apple ID and password.
Then do Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings to make the iPhone appear as if it just came out of the box.
