How do i remove an existing email account

Long story short, i bought the tour for my son, he didnt like it so i traded him my droid for the blackberry.
His email was already in the phone so i hid hit so i wouldnt see it but for some reason it is still popping up with emails. I am trying to delete it but i go to the setup wizard and try and remove it but since i hid it i cant find it to remove. Any tips? This is my first BB and so far i like it other than i have only had it for four days and verizon is already sending me a replacement because of a defective speaker and i am not as computer savoy as i once was.

Unfortunately you can't delete accounts, you also can't change or remove iCloud addresses.

How do I remove an OWA email account from my E71

I need to work out how to remove a OWA email account from my E71. I have seen various replies for removing email account but not for OWA.
I have already looked in Installations --> Emailon3 --> but the account I want to delete is not listed there.
Have also tried Communic. --> Messaging --> Options --> Settings --> E-mail --> Options --> Delete but the delete option is not there.
I need to remove the account because I changed my account password at work and then was unable to update the password in the phone, I had to install the account a second time to get it working again. Any suggestions for avoiding this in the future also gratefully received!

In the Messaging application, it seems from your description that you didn't go deep enough: Options > Settings > E-mail > Mailboxes.
There choose/select/highlight the mailbox you wish to delete and hit 'C' (or Options > Delete).

I deleted an old account and then added a new account and now I have a mirrored/duplicate set of accounts showing in the left column - each active (with a 40 emails count difference!)

The account settings do not show the mirrored/duplicate accounts, they only appear in the vertical column on the left.
Using the accounts settings I tried to delete an account and it deleted both my original account and the mirrored one.
When I re-installed this account - I acquired a duplicate again!

How do you add a existing email account into Mac Mail?

I have a Yahoo account, but when I add the email in as a "online account" in under the add account in the Mac Mail, it doesnt do anyhting else. How do I get it so I can just click on the app and it pulls up with inbox. (Like on my iPhone.) I dont understand why it doesn't do anything, when I set it up on my phone it just pulled up and got emails right away. Thanks for the help!!

Do you get any errors when adding the account?
If it adds without error, is there Yahoo mailboxes within all the standard mailboxes (inbox, sent, trash, junk)?
Is there a section in the Mailbox list for Yahoo (near the bottom)?
If you have more than one email account, they are all integrated into the unified Inbox, much like the iPhone.

I only see an edit function, but it won't allow me to update my user name or my domain. There also isn't any directions to entirely delete the email account.

While you are in the inbox, press the 3-dot overflow button, then select settings, select the account, then press sync settings. Here you can edit all the settings for that email address. I would imagine, if you want to delete it, just clear out all the boxes.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

You can't merge Apple IDs.
And you also can't change the name of an iTS Apple ID to another one that ends in a me.com.

When setting up the email using Apple 'Mail' (version 8.2 (2070.6)) I do not get an option to set up my email as using POP. I can go to Outlook from Microsoft and I get a chance to set my mail up using POP, however I would prefer to use the Apple supplied 'Mail' email programme as I'm using Office 365 and may not want to continue the subscription sometime in the future.
Any advice on setting Mail to POP would be appreciated. A not so Happy Wombat.

Press and hold any of the apps on your iPad's homescreen and after a couple of seconds or so they should start to shake. Then press the 'x' in the top left corner to delete the ones that you don't want, and when you've finished deleting press the home button so as to stop the shaking. If you don't get the 'x' on any of the apps that you've downloaded then check that Settings > General > Restrictions > Deleting Apps isn't set 'off'.
Note that deleting an app will delete all of its content as well
