How do I remove duplicate names in faces?

I have duplicate names in faces. As an example I have 6 different versions of "Andrew". I went ahead and merged them together so all the photos are under facebook version of "Andrew". However when I enter Andrew's name while marking faces in new photos, all 6 names appear. How do I remove them permantely so only one shows up in that list?
Also under iTunes, all 6 versions of "Andrew" show up in my iPhone and AppleTV faces sync list. How do I remove those from the list?

Things you might wish to check:
Duplicate entries in the name completion list on entering faces may come from your Address Book. If Andrew has a different name in the Address Book, he will appear twice in your faces list.
Merging stacks of faces is not always effective immediately in the same session - to give Aperture time to write its property lists it is a good idea to quit Aperture and to reopen again.
It is important to do the merging of faces from the Faces view activated by the "Faces" Button in the Library Inspector, not from the Faces button in the toolbar. Faces in the Toolbar View only show a subset of all faces, so it is easy to miss some stacks.
iTunes will show all the faces you have in Aperture. Once removed from Aperture they will disappear from iTunes.

Wich version of iPhoto do you have? You need iPhoto '09 or '11 to order prints.
Make an album of all photos you want to order in the same order.
Then select all photos at once, when you use Share > order prints.
You should see a panel like this, where you can mark the quantities. The screenshot is from iPhoto 9.6:

Apple's official advice on duplicates is here: Find and remove duplicate items in your iTunes library. It is a manual process and the article fails to explain some of the potential pitfalls such as lost ratings and playlist membership, or that sometimes the same file can be represented by multiple entries in the library and that deleting one and recycling the file will break the other.
Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items to display duplicates as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Sorting the list by Date Added may make it easier to select the appropriate tracks, however this works best when performed immediately after the dupes have been created. If you have multiple entries in iTunes connected to the same file on the hard drive then don't send to the recycle bin.
Use my DeDuper script if you're not sure, don't want to do it by hand, or want to preserve ratings, play counts and playlist membership. See this thread for background, this post for detailed instructions, and please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping.
(If you don't see the menu bar press ALT to show it temporarily or CTRL+B to keep it displayed.)
The most recent version of the script can tidy dead links as long as there is at least one live duplicate to merge stats and playlist membership to and should cope sensibly when the same file has been added via multiple paths.
Fix the library, then syncing should fix the device.

Whenever I move a photo into an Album and the same photo already exists there, the second p;hoto is accepted without warning.
These are not duplicates.
Photos in Albums simply reference the pictures in the Library. A Photo can be in as many Albums as you like without using any extra disk space,a nd it can be used in an Album as many times as you like. There is no duplication involved here.
At heart, an Album is simply an instruction to iPhoto: Show this bunch of photos together in this order.

In Editor, go to the expert tab.
Open picture B, the one you wish to select the "replacement" face from to add to another picture.
Use one of the selection tools, e.g. selection brush, lasso tool, to select the face. You will see an outline ("marching ants") once the selection is complete
Go to Edit menu>copy to copy the selection to the clipboard
Open picture A, then go to Edit>paste
Use the move tool to position the face from picture B to cover the face on A
In the layers palette you should see picture A as the background layer, and face B on a separate layer

Each of those entries at the RSS site show up in my Firefox RSS folder twice. The content of each entry when I go to it is exactly the same. It's not that one is the reply to the original post or anything like that. For instance, see the attached image of the list of items that show up. The highlighted yellow on top is an example. Both of those links display exactly the same original post and replies. Why is that? Is is possible that somehow I'm subscribed twice? Does that make sense? Don't under any circumstances.
All images is not a file. It's not a place. It's a list. Specifically, it's the result of an instruction: List all the images on my machine.
When you delete something from All Images, then you have no idea what you're removing from where - files that are part of word processing docs, interface elements, corrupting your iPhoto Library. There are many perfectly legitimate reasons why you might have what appears to be duplicates but are not.
Rule number One: Never delete anything on your machine whose job you don't understand.

The best option in that case is to restore your iPhoto library from your backup.
If your backup is not current it will be a lot of work and a risky operation, even with tools like iPhoto library Manager or Duplicate Annihilator.
Before you start deleting duplicates make a backup copy of the current state, so you have a fall back option in case you delete accidentally too much.
