How do I remove groups off my my phone contacts
I Have two groups that I want to remove from my phone contacts and can out figure out how to delete them, help!
You installed the "SaveKeeper" adware. To remove it, please take the steps below.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of the date it was posted, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment after a few days from now should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
1. From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Uninstall any extensions you don't know you need. If in doubt, uninstall all extensions, including any with the name "RightCoupon," "SaveKeep," or similar. Do the equivalent for the Firefox and Chrome browsers, if you use either of those.
2. In the Applications folder, there may be an item with the name "SaveKeeper" or similar. Move it to the Trash and empty. If you get a warning that the item is in use, force it to quit, then try again.

I want to take all of my music off of my iphone, and I've unchecked music and synced in the My iPhone section of iTunes but even when I do that it still says I have 115 songs. I have no idea what those songs are or where they even are. So then I go to the music app on my iPhone and I have 296 songs that all have a cloud with an arrow on them and most are grayed out. I want ZERO songs on my phone and I'm getting really frustrated.
One the device: Settings > iTunes App Store > Show All > Music > Off.
In iTunes: Connect the device, select it's music tab, make sure Sync Music is unchecked.
Back on the device: Swipe to delete any remaining tracks.
If that fails, backup, restore as a new device, restore the backup.

My Facebook Friends were not in my Contact List because I have that function turned off in the Facebook App. Out of nowhere, the Facebook Friends are in my contacts and the function is turned off. How do I get rid of them. They clutter up my contact list. I even shut the phone off and turned it back on. HELP!!
I'm sorry...you actually don't need to log out & log back in. Just go to Settings within the FB App & you can change it there.

iOS can sync your Facebook contacts and calendars with your device. This feature is off by default, but you can enable it in Settings > Facebook after adding your account.

How can I remove viruses off my computer? I have mac OS X, but I clicked on a website on google and it didn't open. Instead the security program popped up and said that my computer is at risk of a crash and has detected several viruses!?!?! AAAAHHH!?!?!

It's probably the MacDefender scareware trojan horse. If you have this here is how to remove it.
1. Open Activity Monitor look for MacDefender process double click on it and hit quit or force quit.
2. Go to System Preferences, Go to accounts, Go to login items look for anything related to MacDefender hightlight it by clcking on it once. Then hit the minus sign to remove it.
3. Go to applications folder and drag MacDefender to the trash.
4. Open finder and do a search for Macdefender and remove anything you see related to MacDefender.
5. Open Spotlight (the little magnyfing glass in the menubar far right corner) and do a search for MacDefender.
6. Restart your computer and empty trash.
7. If you feel you need to have virus protection for your Mac use ClamXav. It's the recommended AV program for MacOSX. Hope this helps.

I share my iTunes accont with my kids. Many of the songs that they purchase, I do not want in my iphone Library, and I don't want them to play when I have my phone on shuffle. How an I remove unwanted songs from my phone library withot affecting their devices?

Okay, so my friends music downloaded to my iPhone when i put it on his computer to charge and i re-synced it to mine and all his music is still there but blank and wont play how can i get it off of my phone, its so annoying!! My itunes only has like 4 songs because my computer crashed and lost all my songs, and I'm not trying to steal his music. But like I said its still in the music app on the phone but its all blank and wont play. I just want it off.
