I Downloaded the new iOS 8 operating system and it is not compatible with some of my online gaming sites. I can sign into the site using one specific ID but it won't allow other family members to sign in on their Facebook accounts. I would to remove iOS 8 and return to iOS 7 on my iPad 2. How do I perform this removal of iOS 8? I'm older and not very verse in computer language so p,ease make it a very simple answer. Thank you, Duke

At this point you cannot. Apple does not, and never has, supported downgrading iOS. For a brief period of time after the release of a new version of IOS there are some workarounds, but that time has passed.
As for accessing those gaming sites, you might try an alternate browser. May or may not work depending on site design. I've had good luck with iCab Mobile. You might also reach out to the site support and see if there is a workaround available.

Apple does not support downgrading the iOS.
As for icloud, go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account.

You don't. Since you have an Intel Mac, buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store.

2. Scroll down, there you will see Apple ID: "your email" (below Redeem and Send Gift)
3. Tap on that button
4. Tap on Sign Out

FaceTime can run in the version of OS X that you currently have. To get Messageyou need Mountain Lion. The protocol used by Messages is iMeassage.

Nice idea, but no. You are no longer allowed to remove it, it will keep asking you for a valid account and won't let you save it with anything less. So if your account has been hacked from iTunes (like mine has in the past, to the tune of several thousand dollars), and you don't want to keep a credit card on file, just add it in and delete it when you are done buying something, this is no longer an option. Since I stupidly wanted to buy something and didn't know this had been changed, I now get to hope my account does not get hacked again.

You need check with Basis/Database security/Unix system Team to have the access permission as read/write/execute(rwx) on that unix path where files are located.
You can download the files from Unix Application server ( notation: /usr/data) to the Windows local system ( on a drive) using any FTP tool. On the FTP tool at one side you have a Unix path and on the other side the windows system for file transfer.

It's not correct at all. It is true that Apple is offering Numbers, Keynote and Pages for free, but only for users who have purchased a Mac after October 1st, 2013, and for existing iWork '09 users. If you have not got iWork '09 and you purchased your Mac before October 1st, you need to pay for these apps.
The new iWork version (Numbers, Keynote and Pages) is criticised by its lack of features. Instead, I recommend you to get LibreOffice or, if you need the most complete productivity suite, Office for Mac. Give LibreOffice a try first

Okay, I have read several answers which address this. I have the latest generation ipad and have this annoying picture frame icon on my lock screen. The discussions say to turn passcode on/off, yada yada. When I turn the passcode on, the icon disappears, but every time I power down or after a period of time, I have to re-enter the passcode. Is there some way to disable the icon having the passcode off? Or am I just stuck with the icon if I disable the passcode? I tried tapping on General, then passcode lock (which is in the off position)to turn the passcode off. Next screen says turn passcode on, (which I assume means that the passcode is of). Picture frame is "off", but shaded gray.

No. You either use a passcode and disable the Picture Frame icon, or live with the icon and no passcode. If you don't like the way that it currently works, let Apple know how you feel about it here.

The method get a Bitmap and the Bitmap pixel format is: Format8bppIndexed
I want that in the end the 15 Bitmaps in localImages will be also pixel format of Format8bppIndexed.
