How do I repair export settings in PS CS4 and import settings in DW CS4?

I've just transferred from Windows XP to Windows 7 Home Premium. My export files from Photoshop CS4 in Save for Web and Devices are hidden and when I click on Save, it saves back into the open file in Photoshop. The image cannot be found in the DW web images folder as in the past. I was able to tell Photoshop how to save the image in the past (ie image only, not html) but that page no longer appears.
Can anyone tell me where that hidden folder can be found?

Yes, I am the administrator and only person on this computer. The missing page is the "Save Optimized as.." window that allowed me to add the settings into specific files for DW. like Format, Settings, Slices and where to save. Is this a hidden file? if so, how do I get it back.
The oddest thing happened yesterday: I wanted to add Meta info for a pattern I was saving for DW, I went to file information, and while I was typing, suddenly the form changed to a totally odd Patient Information sheet and it would not let me get back into my own PS pattern. Is this something new? I have never added a Patient form, anyway, how did it get into PS? Any clues on this?

How do I save/Export all of the Channel and Scale settings in MAX

I am using LabVIEW 8.0 and MAX 4.0.0.3010 to record data on various instruments. I am using an NI DAQ PCI-6301 board.
The various instruments have different pressure calibrations. I'd like to set up MAX so that I can select the instrument I'm working with and recall the correct scaling information for the different pressure channels. The Slope and Intercept of the Scale for each pressure channel change from instrument to instrument. I am using 1 LabVIEW DAQ/SCB/Computer setup to work with the various instruments.
Any thoughts?

You don't say if you are using DAQmx or not but I am going to assume you are. One approach would be to have a different scale setup for each instrument. Then in your application simply apply whichever scale based on what instrument you are targeted to. Depending on how your app is setup you can do this in a variety of ways. You can either input the scale to the Create Channel VI or you can use the channel property node to set the scale you desire.

Export from Apex 3.2 and import to Apex 4.0

I apologize if this has been asked before (and I am sure it has).
We are about to move all our Apex/Oracle apps to a server where Apex 4.0 is installed. Our current Apex version is 3.2. My question is can we export from Apex 3.2 and import in Apex 4.0 and expect everything to work (assuming it all works fine in Apex 3.2 and all Oracle objects were moved properly to the new server , both servers have Oracle 11g).

I am having trouble finding "update application" under any of the utilities.
Also one of my applications gives me the following error when I try to import it from Apex 3.2. to 4.0

How Do I Change an Animated Gif's Iteration and Loop Settings? (Pshop/Image Ready 7.0)

Background to Issue (NOT a PPT or Windows issue even though It will seem like that at first but read on...): I have to make Animated GIFS to be inserted into Powerpoint. I work on a Mac but the PPT presentation will be shown on PCs (non-negotiable, since I can't ask hundreds of sales reps who will be using this to install an outdated version of PPT). I already learned that I need to insert the Gifs while working on a PC or else it won't work). Fair enough- I can put it together on a PC, again not the issue. BUT, when I do THAT, the gifs still wn't animate unless I am in PPT 2002. Fair enough (Microsif going backwards not a surprise) So it won't work in PPT 2003 which is what the users will all have. But I need to get the presentation to them asap! I got a bit further in researching and found out that the solution is that I need to set my "Loop Flag" and "Iteration Settings" appropriately. BUT I am trying to find out if one can do this already somehow in Mac Photoshop 7.0 or Mac Image Ready 7.0, where I made the gif and would prefer to keep making my gifs. NOTE: Yes, I know how how to set the loop to "once" or "forever" in Image Ready when I make my Gifs but apparently I need to do this somewhere else...where the iteration setting lives too?

How do I get Itunes 10.4 to save my import settings?

Um. I'm quite new here, but anyway I've been having trouble with Itunes 10.4. I keep attempting to set the import settings to MP3 so I can convert the songs I purchased into Mp3 format. However, no matter how many times I try to save the settings, It wont save and only allows me to create an AAC version. I even tried ccreating an AAC version but when I went into my music to retrieve it, It just copied the song and was in the same format that it was originally in. There were no warning boxes stating that the files cannot be converted into a different format, so I'm at a loss here. Any help... any at all would be appreciated greatly.

Easy way to export Ironport settings on Prod box and import

We have a production C30 box that handles all of our Inbound/Outbound mail.
We have also purchased a C10 that will eventually work in an Ironport cluster with the C30.
However, I currently have the need to migrate the C30 from our existing DMZ to a new DMZ. It has been decided that the best way to do this is to setup the C10 in the new DMZ and set it up with the same settings as the C30 (with the IPs being different). This would allow both boxes to receive inbound mail for the production domain while the new DNS MX record propogates throughout the Internet.
The question is, is there an easy way to export the C30 settings and import them into the C10 so that I do not need to go page by page to copy the settings?

However I keep getting:
Invalid data format.
The certificate and key do not match.
Value was: ('*****', '*****')
Parsing failed. Aborting.

UDF Export from OIM 11g R1 and Import into R2

Has anyone ever exported user defined fields from OIM 11gR1 and successfully imported them into OIM 11gR2?

There are multiple ways to do this. ODI, Essbase Studio or SQL interface in load rules are three. ODI is not free, but the other two I mention are. There are a few developers I know that prefer flat files as it is easier to trace back issues, but most o us use a SQL approach. Both Essbase Studio and Sql Interface can use either PDBC or OCI connections. Of course OCI connections are faster.
While neither Studio or load rules has a scheduler associated with it, you can use the windows/cron/custom scheduler of your choice to schedule the process to run. Note that neither will run stored procedures/packages but just read from tables/views.
The batch interface you would use is called MaxL and it interfaces with ODI, Studio and Load rules (Sql interface)

Help export from database P1 Partition and Import into databaseT1 Partiton

I need to export one of the table partition(Range Partition) data from production database P1, and Import into another table partition of database T1.
Means export from one partiton to another partition, from database is P1, To database is T1.
exp command not worked in sqlplus prompt at SQL>.

I don't know exactly your Oracle release, but since Oracle 10.1 you can use either the Original export/import utility (exp/imp) or the DATAPUMP (expdp/impdp) which is recommended.
As previously posted, export/import is not launched from SQL prompt but straightly from a DOS session (for Windows) or a Unix session (on Unix/Linux).

Hi, I'm currently working on 8.1.7 on Solaris and need to migrate to 10g on Windows. I tried to use export and import utilities. I tried two different ways but all failed. Just wondering is there anybody can give me some more ideas about this:

If we refer to the Oracle doc, it's depend of your 10g release. 
Into Upgrade Paths 10.2, you need to upgrade your 8i firstly in 8.1.7.4. 
Into Upgrade Paths 10.1, you you can directly migrate. 
Anyway, you need to use 8iexp utility, and 10g imp utility : Using Different Releases of Export and Import 10.1 or Using Different Releases of Export and Import 10.2.

Export Mailbox from Exchange 2010 and Import to Exchange 2007

Hello,
I exported mailbox (1GB in size) from Exchange 2010 to *.pst file; I need to import it into
Exchange 2007 mailbox. Is it supported ?
The operation completed successfully (no errors) but no items were imported; is it due to unsupported backward compatibility or some other issue ?

I also have the same issue. Exported mailboxes on Exchange 2010 SP3 latest updates using
New-MailboxExportRequest and then tried to import into mailbox on Exchange 2007 SP3 with latest updates. The 32-bit client machine used for the import has Outlook 2010 SP1 (SP2 and later updates causes a different error). I used Outlook 2010 because the E2K10
New-MailboxExportRequest documentation states that you have to use Outlook 2010 or later. The PST files created can be opened and imported via Outlook but not with the
Import-Mailbox cmdlet (with no error as stated in this thread). Other PSTs, not created from E2K10 export do import just fine. I also ran ScanPST.exe against the exported PST and then ran the import again and it worked, everything got imported. Interestingly
the test mailbox PST file I was using was 761 KB but after the ScanPST it was 1,257 KB - must be some difference in the PST format that the Import-Mailbox cmdlet can't deal with.
Does anyone have any other solutions or
workarounds to this. I've got over 900 mailboxes I need this for due to an
acquisition? Has anyone tried using Outlook 2013 on the machine used for doing
the Exchange 2007 imports or does Outlook 2013 also have the same issue as later versions of Outlook 2010 (Exchange Mailbox import failed with error code 2147221233)?

Audio Drift after exporting OMF to Pro Tools and importing back AIFF

Hi,
I have an HDV 1080i50 Final Cut Pro project at 25 FPS (PAL). I exported a quicktime video without sound, as well as an OMF file of the audio. We mixed the OMF audio file using the quicktime file as reference on Pro Tools. In Pro Tools, the mix was done on 25 FPS, same as the original project. Synch was good.
However, after saving the file as AIFF 48/16 and importing it into the original FCP project, there is considerable audio synch drift with the original video.
It was edited in PAL, exported as PAL, mixed as PAL, but now it's not synching with the original PAL video in FCP. It still synchs up with the PAL quicktime, however.
What am I doing wrong? Any ideas???

If you copy your entire iTunes folder to the new iMac, (that would include all the database files in the iTunes folder -- not just your music folder), then you should have your playlists in the new library.

My server app crashed and I deleted the app using app cleaner and removed the server file from the Library folder, owever when I try to reinstall the setup defults to the setting from the initial install. Is there a way to remove all the stored data, profiles and OD included) as well as any configuration settings, such as those for AEBS and host name and ip address. Essentially, I would like to perform an install that is the same as the initial, a truly cela install. I am using a Mac Mini 2013 model as the server and MBP 15" as the main client.

Completely clean install? Wipe and install OS X, and then reload Server.app and configure that.
Might want to report the error to the App Cleaner folks, too.

Is it possible to export my bookmarks from Firefox and import to another instance of the browser but without any type of cookie being imported?

For convenience I want to have my already created bookmarks imported into another Firefox user's browser. For security reasons I don't want any cookies or flash cookies to be imported when I do this and I don't want to Sync browsers. Is this possible? If so, how, or are cookies not part of the exporting of bookmark data anyway?

You can transfer bookmarks using two different formats:
* Backup format: if you want to preserve tags, this format can do that. However, the Restore process completely replaces all existing bookmarks with what is in the backup. If you want to merge different sets of bookmarks together, do not use this method. More info:

* Export format: with this option, Firefox creates an HTML file with an ancient format compatible with most browsers. It is not as complete as the newer Backup format. More info:

Neither of these files contains cookies or passwords.

You will need to export from the 8i database, copy the file (in binary format) to the Windows server, then import into the 10g database
