How do I report a fraudulent app

How do I report a fraudulent application from the iTunes store that doesn't do at all what it says it supposed to do and I'll write lies about what it's capable of doing it also has false reviews written about it?
The app in question is I BlackList and all the variants of the same they simply don't function of the reviews are written falsely and a lot of people are getting ripped off.

I've got the same problem with "Haypi kingdom, super package". yesterday.
I called click&buy and the cancelled the order. There was no Credit card linked so I was lucky.
I also mailed apple about this problem and this fraudulent app. I think they try to hit the charts with this, to hack accounts and try to get in the top10s. Or someone hacked the account and sold it to someone who enjoyed the app.
Click&Buy was about to charge 2x 69,95 not 2x39,99 for some reason??

For some reason "report a problem"doens't work in some country's. Nothing happen if you click on it. Got same problem in Holland...

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

Glad you got some resolution on that. I'm not familier with the app you had issues with, but the one the OP was questioning is very highly regarded and widely sold. There is also a camera facility which I did not realise they could be watched. How do I get apple to withdraw this app and do not let any other child get drawn into this scum app?

First, make sure the app is in Child Mode which restricts much of what would be inappropriate for young children. That may answer your objections.

I downloaded a free app called World TV Lite and it worked really well.....so I upgraded to the Pro version through the app. This meant I didn't read the reviews for the full version....amateur mistake! Turns out the Pro version does not even open and this appears to be a common thread running through the reviews.l When you try and navigate to the Developers webpage it tries does not exist, it is a gmail address. I sent an email to the address listed and guess what.....

That would give me some satisfaction even if I don't get a refund!

Was it from the Mac App Store? If not you may not get much help via these columns which are meant to deal with Apple matters or products.
Personally I have never heard of any controlling authority for Apps, probably because you can buy from all sorts of sources both legit or otherwise. On the other hand, it may not be a bad app. You may not have understood the context of the description.
