How do I report a problem for an in app purchase

I have recently bought bits for an app but never got them.
I click on 'report a problem' on my statment and it keeps bring me to

I have done this in the past but did it all through itunes and it never took me to this page
I was wondering if anyone knows to how claim for this.

You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html
It's possible they'll make an exception for you.

The app took over $35 from my account and there is no way this was authorized. Please advise on how I can recover these funds.

They did the same thing to me on 12/24/11. Apple overcharged me 3 times my purchase amount and have caused my bank account to be overdrawn!
I called my bank to make a statement of unauthorized charges AND filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Apple provided no way to contact a live rep and the email reps have been useless...so they left me no other option.
I think they do this to their customers very often. It is extremely dishonest.
I actually posted the above info on this discussion community earlier today...and Apple deleted it! If that isn't an admission of guilt, I don't know what is.

My son was using my iPhone this morning and purchased some crystals for a game he was playing for $56.00. I didn't notice this until I checked my bank balance. How do I get a refund for the purchase? I have already restricted in-app purchases ... now I just want to get my money back.
The order number was MHJ211TJ91, I think, based on my iTunes Purchase History. The individual items don't have a number, so I can't tell.

My 5-year-old son somehow managed to spend $70 on an in-app purchase. I don't know how he was able to do it without a password and I want to get a refund. I can't find anywhere that I can ask for a refund. I even clicked on the "report a problem" in the receipt that was emailed to me but that didn't get me anywhere. A child shouldn't be able to purchase items on a game without a password when it takes a password to get free apps.

HT2075 Why won't it let my report a problem on a in-app purchase?

My 4 year old purchased an in-app during a game, for $99.99. I tried to contact iTunes but all I got was an email that I should report a problem with the purchase, but it will not let me. I try but when I push on it, it won't do anything. Can someone help me..... I understand that all sales are final, but I did not authorize this transaction and with times like these, I would really like a refund, because I have no need for 5200 gold pieces in Deer Hunter Reloaded, lol!

In my experience you will not get any meaningful response (i.e. other than boilerplate) via email. I called this number for apple last week - 800-275-2273 - which incidentally I did NOT get from the apple website but from Slate.com - and got right through to someone who helped me with my problem. I never make any purchases from apple that are not absoultely necessary anymore, for example music I get from amazon.com, whose downloads actually work and who has a respnove tech support dept.

On my purchase history, it has told me i have spent £10.67 on in-app purchases for the game 'Galaxy on fire 2 HD' and a further £0.69 on the same app.
Bearing in mind i did buy some coins for one app, and upgraded to remove ads in another, which by my calculations would come to £10.67 - £2.99 for coins, and -£0.69 for game, comes to £6.99 for one add-on (which in itself is expensive), plus £0.69 for another app purchase (£7.68), which i wasn't aware of buying, apart from the fact i removed the app from my iPod Touch 4th gen last week, because the game was laggy and i started to stop playing it, so how have i purchased it in the first place? I would like the apps removed from my account and get a refund, since i could use the money for other, useful things, like food, or drink. Not happy with the way that with my other purchases i didn't even require myself to enter a password!!

Also you need to go to settings, general, restrictions, and set the restrictions to prevent in app purchases, it will have a passcode on it .
