i need to reset all settings on my iphone 4 i forgot my passcode after to many attemps it says wait 60 min i need to reset all of my settings phone is workimg like crap

Well, whenever I restored from backup, iTunes always asked me to unlock my iTouch, then when the process completed, I still had to unlock it using the passcode I had before the restore. I'm on the latest version of everything. Is there some kind of setting I'm missing on iTunes or my iTouch?
I'm not meaning to hijack the thread here, so I apologize if I'm doing that. I'll take this question to a new thread if need be.

To change the passcode if you have forgotten it the only option is to Restore your iPhone to Factory settings by connecting it to iTunes on your computer. And you can try the below steps to Reset your iPhone settings without need of any passcode.
Reset ( No Data will be lost )
First Make sure the Battery of your iPhone is Charged and then press and Hold the On/Off switch (On top of your iPhone) and the Home Button (Button at the bottom of your iPhone screen). Hold both the keys simultaneously for atleast 10 to 15 seconds and you should see an Apple Logo coming up on your screen, once you see the Apple logo you can then release both On/Off switch and Home button and wait for your iPhone's Home screen.

My ipad mini gettings *****. Everytime I open application like facebook after 3 minutes or 5 minutes something like that the application is deliberately closes. It certainly sounds like you are encountering an Activation Lock. The original Apple ID and password must be used to do a reset, or the iPad will not be useable.

The passcode for Reset All Settings is the same one used to unlock the phone. How have you managed to unlock it without encountering this???

It sounds like you have Restrictions enabled on your iPhone. This is different than setting a lock code on the home screen.

There is more than one way to access the Apps Store and the iTunes store. One is via iTunes on your computer, and the other is via the apps on your iPod.
Just because you are logged in on your computer does not mean you are logged in on your iPod.
The reason your husband's user name comes up is because he was the last one to log on. You can change that by going to Settings>Store. Tap the Apple ID, Tap Sign Out, Tap Sign In, Tap Use Existing Appel ID, enter your e-mail address and Apple ID password, and tap OK.

1. Backup iPad
2. Setup iPad as new. Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings
3. Test iPad thoroughly
4. If everything is fine, restore backup to iPad

If you forgot your restrictions passcode then yuou have to:
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored.
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.

You need to restore the iPad as a new device and not restore the backup, if the backup contains the restrictions passcode. If the a kip does not contain the passcode, you can restore it after you restore to factory settings.
