How do I reset my Apple ID's security questions without a rescue email?

Recently, I've purchased a new iPhone and signed into the App Store with my account in it. Later on, I tried purchasing an app. However, a notification pops up saying something like: "This is your first time making a purchase on this device. Please answer the security questions." So I tried doing that but came to a point where I have completely forgotten my answers! So I looked up on how to reset the answers. Unfortunately, it needed a rescue email, which I didn't put into my account. And to do so, I need to know the answers to my security question! So I need help!
Thanks

If you don't have a rescue email address then see if the instructions on this user tip helps you get them reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
