How do I reset my password for an account I cannot access?

I noticed a checkmark next to an extra account that I added. I am the administrator, and I forgot my password for that account.I tried looking it up in my keychain program to no avail. Can you help me access this account so that I can delete it or reset my password?

If you are an administrator of this mac you should be able to:
Goto System Preferences > Accounts
Unlock Pane
Select the noted account.
Reset Password or Just delete the account.
Works for me anyway.

Sorry I cannot follow why you would even use the PC to control the Time Capsule. Apple have not kept the Windows version of the utility up to date.. so they keep making it harder and harder to run windows with apple routers.

I have recently upgraded to the newer versions of the free product and am no longer able to log in to the program. I believe the new version moved from a simple 4-number password to a complex scheme. If you haven't already done so then you can reset the password for your iTunes account via http://iforgot.apple.com, and after doing that log out of the account on your iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it. You say that you 'have a new account', if you have created a new iTunes account then all of your downloads from your old account will remain tied to your old account, so only that account can potentially redownload those purchases for free and/or download updates to its apps.

Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore and you have IOS-6 or lower, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. If you have IOS-7, read this.

The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

If you have lost your "admin" account password, it can be recovered using the "pwadmin" account as documented at the following link:

If you have lost your "pwadmin" password as well, you'll need to open a TAC case and get a "DMS 5.1 pwadmin reset" ISO image via TAC. You can then boot the appliance with the provided CD to reset the "pwadmin" password, then login as "pwadmin" and reset the "admin" password from there.

My email address for my original i-pod is not in use anymore and I can't get it back. I can't remember the secret question and having them send a temporary password to the old email address is useless. I have the music from my i-pod in my i-tunes library, but can't play any of it becuase it keeps asking me to authorize it.

Tried resetting password, reset the password for other account.

I currently have two itunes accounts, and when I tried to reset the password for one of them, it reset the password for the other instead. After reseting the password by entereing email 1, I tried to log in with it, it did not work. I got very angry but then had an idea, so I entered email 2 and the new password and it worked. Why is it that I reset the password for account 2 even though when reseting the password I entered email 1? I can not reset the password for account 1, making it immpossible to update the apps purchased with it. I am beyond irate with itunes for this, not to mention the fact that it didn't send the reset conformation email until the third try!!!

You can reset SAP* password after that logging using SAP* password PASS you can reset DDIC password for the client .
Run this in SQL*Plus
DELETE FROM SAPSID.USR02 WHERE MANDT='<CLIENT>'
AND BNAME='SAP*';
You will require additional DBA skill set to reset DDIC password ( Which is not recommanded aslo )
The best option I would suggest .
1)Delete SAP* using above query .
2)Logon using SAP* password pass
3)Reset DDIC password.
