How do I reset my security questions that I never made?

My account won't let me buy anything until I answer security questions. But I never made any. When I went to try and answer them they said they were wrong. So I ws wondering how i could reset my questions because I am so confused and FRUSTERTED!!!

Hi I forgot my security questions for iTunes and it's not allowing me to purchase music or anything on iTunes unless I answer them and I went to manage account and went to the questions and I saw that under them it says: "Forgot answers?" The HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

If you didn't previously set up a rescue email address and have forgotten more than one of the answers, you can't do this on your own. Contact Apple either through the link in that article or by phoning them.

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.
