How do I reset my security questions when I don't know my rescue email?

I went to get rid of my credit card information on my account in favor of using gift cards, when I was asked my security questions. This had never happened before but i answered to the best of my abilties and the answers came up as wrong. Below I was asked if I wanted to have the answers or reset instructs sent to my email, but the email with only the first letter showing didnt match the only email I have ever had. How do I get onto my account?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
