How do I reset the iTunes on my phone as it won't load??

When I try to open iTunes on my phone it freezes and won't load anything or find any songs etc. I think I need help resetting it but don't have iTunes on my computer present. Anyway I can do it without?

Try a reset. Hold down the power and Home buttons together until the Apple logo is displayed, then release. No data or settings are lost.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I found some information about how to reset your security questions if you have forgotten the answers:
What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address
sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID passwordcontact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
Note: If you have forgotten your password and answer your security questions incorrectly too many times in a row, you will be unable to try to answer your security questions for a period of time. During that time you will not be able to reset your password and will not have access to your account.

You have to do it app wise, which means that the icon won't show up in settings, but you will be able to move files from your local drive to iCloud via the Numbers app (move... > choose the iCloud option).
It requires that you set up the same iCloud account on all your devices and that you have the latest version of Numbers on all your devices as well.

I need help changing the email account on the iCloud on my iPhone. The old Apple ID was a yahoo email address and unfortunately that address was recently hacked. I can no longer send/receive emails in the yahoo account so I've deactivated it and opened a new gmail account. I was able to delete the Yahoo account on the iCloud on my Mac because it had a simple +- button at the bottom. I want to change the email address on the iCloud on my phone but it keeps asking for the password of the deactivated yahoo account. I've tried verifying it through the "date of birth" question but it says my answer is invalid.
What do I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do i change the itunes store my phone connects to? It's currently using the US store not UK

Recently got an iphone 5s from an apple repair center as a replacement product. But instead of connecting to the UK stores for apps and Itunes it connects to the American store. how do i change this. In settings both language and region are set to English UK.

This may be connected to your Apple ID itself. I would try going online to check all of your settings to make sure nothing changed without your knowledge when getting a different phone.

In Win 7, I "relettered" my drive containing Outlook data from "J" to "M".
Now my iPhone4 using iOS 4.3.5 won't sync with my Outlook data.

Read virtualgeo's post in this thread. This is very similar to what you have done - i.e.- a new hard drive. If you go through these steps you should be OK. As King Penguin stated you can always download the apps again for free and the music as well if you are in the U.S. But this post should get you going again.
Remember that once you have all of your content back in iTunes - even if iTunes "erases" your iPad, you can select the content that iTunes erases - and then sync again to get the content back on your computer.

My recommendation would be to set this up as a brand new iPhone, just as if it came out of the box.
Do that in Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings
You will then be directed to the welcome to iPhone screen, just as you would with a brand new device.
