How do I restore deleted TV Shows

HI Folks,
I downloaded a TV series to my AppleTV and watched the first two episodes. Then I noticed that all of the episodes were synching to my Mac. It was taking up too much space so I tried to delete the movies from my Mac. It also removed them from the Apple TV, bad!
Then I went to a backup and found the TV Episodes and copied them to Users:Me:Music:Itunes:ITunesMusic:TVShows. This is the exact spot the last episode was in. They are there but do not show up in iTunes. I have relaunched iTunes and restarted the Mac to no avail.
So, how do I restore these TV Episodes to the Apple TV?

Thanks for the suggestions. I solved the problem by doubleclicking on the TV Episode files themselves because they did not show in iTunes. as soon as I dcled the episode started playing and then it showed up in iTunes. Then I clicked on settings and started copying them to the AppleTV.
Time Machine was a great tool for recovering these files. Very nice!!

    If they were backed up, you can restore your phone from that previous backup.  If they weren't backed up, you cannot restore them.

    If it has only been deleted from the role and not the object completely then it could still be found within infoareas in Bex, if the object has been deleted completely you could re-transport the query from the development system assuming it was created her in the first instance.
    I'm not sure if you can retrieve the query any other way, i do know there are procedures for workbook retrieval but for querys im not certain.

    If the photos were in your camera roll album when you last backed up to iCloud you could recover them by restoring to your backup.  If you want to do this, restoring to an iCloud backup has to be done in the initial setup process.  If you have any data on your phone now that is not in the backup that you want to save you'll need to do that first.  Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings.  You will then go through the setup screens as you did when the phone was new.     Do you have a backup you could restore your keychain from? If Time Machine, go to Finder and select your user/home folder.     Thanks for the question. From your description, it sounds like various Account Settings have been greyed out in your Settings application (iCloud, Facebook, Twitter). The cause for these being greyed out is a restriction setup on your iPhone. You'll probably see that Restrictions are turned "On" in Settings > General.
    You'll want to disable the restriction "Allow Changes: Accounts". For more information on restrictions, see this article:
