How do I restore my old settings so when I open a new tab my recently visited webpages are pinned on that tab?

I recently tried to install Thunderbird. It must have installed the latest version of Firefox also. I use to see recently viewed websites and frequently viewed websites pinned on a new tab when I opened one up, but I can not find how to set this up again. It was a nice feature that just happened when I installed firefox on my computer.

Try resetting the SMC.

However, it wont let me restore it without losing all of my music and what not that i got for the new one. I would like to continue to use the old one, but I am afraid of losing all of my current stuff. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can restore the old and keep the new? Well, two thoughts.
The battery has completely discharged and will take overnight to recharge, so don't expect much in an hour.

You will need to restore your phone and when prompted use the backup that you made yesterday.
Before you do so, you may wish to change your wife's iCloud login details, otherwise you may find that you then overwrite her data. She should have her own iCloud account to avoid this.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you've got a custom timecode field somewhere in your production and/or asset metadata group(s), right? And I'm going to further guess that this timecode field has dashes in it like this --:--:--:--, right? If so, try this: Click the arrow next to the timecode field and adjust the timecode so that it has a number (it doesn't matter what the number is as long it's not dashes - "00:00:00:00" is fine). Then Save this asset, close it and then reopen it and see if the beeping madness has vanished. Then, to make this change permanent for all of your new assets, make sure to edit the default value of any custom timecode fields to put zeros (or some other numeric default value) into them when a new asset is generated. If the asset still beeps when you open it, check the other metadata groups in your set to see if there isn't another empty timecode field lurking in the shadows.

Making me crazy: after I select ipad backup from choose backup screen, the next screen asks me for itunes password again, but it shows long expired Apple ID that is not an email address. Haven't seen this for a year or more. My iCloud and Apple ID's all show me updated. Can't figure out how to get past this screen. Help!! Please!!

Erasing the iPhone is the solution; there are at least two ways to do that, though.

Then select "Account Management".
Choose "My topic is not listed" it will show the box to type your topic.
