How do I restore my tolbar so file, view, bookmarks etc appears

Presently my toolbar doesn't show File, View , Bookmarks etc as it originally. I don't know how to get it back

REVISED: How do I restore all my old files, apps, settings etc. using TM?

My Macbooks HD failed the other day and had it replaced so now everything is completely wiped out and had to reinstall leopard. Well before all this happened I had been using Time Machine so all my files are backup on my external HD. Will I be able to restore everything back to the way I had it before the HD failed?? If so how do I go about doing this? I'm having trouble doing it besides restoring one things at a time.
*Note: And I've already installed leopard. How can i do this? Like what steps would i take?

When I choose the option to open a file from within an application when using Win8.1 I am presented with a list of common places which are placed before the drives. I rarely use these pre-defined locations for storing data and would like to be
able to have the computer drives listed first. Can this be done?

as far as I know, you cannot change the order.
You can however select details view and fold the 'folders'. That is if the application uses Windows 8 controls. From your screenshot, that appears not to be the case.
You can remove the 'folders' from registry. This will make sure these are not displayed in explorer or any file dialogue.

Today some kind of update happened on Firefox without me even approving it. Suddenly, I no longer have the tabs across the top that I REALLY liked--File/save as, Bookmark, View, etc. I WANT THEM BACK. Yes, I have found the little goofy drop-down icon on the right corner of the screen, but I don't like that. How can I get old view back???

Available backups for an iOS device can be found in Edit > Preferences > Devices.

What kind of files? PDFs? or Others as well?
If you want Preview to open all PDFs, then find a PDF on your HD.
Highlight it, and then press the Apple/Comand key along with th letter " i " key.
When the window comes up, look down to the "Open with" line, and change it from Adobe to Preview.
Then look slightly below, and select "Change All."
Now, all PDFs should open with Preview.

I have no toolbar when I installed Mozilla eg. file, edit, bookmarks etc

I installed Mozilla Firefox as I recently ungraded from Vista to Windows 7. When Firefox installed the home page did not show toolbar with file, edit, bookmarks etc. across the top.

It's called the Menu Bar.
Press ALT or F10 in your keyboard to make the Menu Bar temporarily visible. If you want it to be permanently visible, go into ''View > Toolbars > Menu Bar'', or right-click the Navigation Toolbar (the Reload button, for example) and select ''Menu Bar''.
If this doesn't help, right-click the navigation toolbar, select ''Customize...'' and click ''Restore Default Set''. If it doesn't appear right away, try pressing ALT or F10. You can go into ''View > Toolbars > Menu Bar'' to make it permanently visible, or right-click the Navigation Toolbar and select ''Menu Bar''.
If none of this helps, you may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Try disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal.

If the former, did you also remove the Mail.app preference file (com.apple.mail.plist) out of the Preferences folder at Home > Library > Preferences?
