How do i restore tiles that were accidentally deleted?

I accidentally deleted 2 tiles from the screen that comes up when I open a new tab. One of those deletions occurred a while ago. How can I restore those tiles?

I should mention that my notes were not being sent to icloud, my mac's time machine was not set up, and my latest back-up was 3 months ago.
I know, I know, very silly on my part. I've changed all this going forward...

If the files are on Photoshop.com, then Elements can sync them back down, by following these steps:
Launch the Elements program.
Login to your photoshop.com account
Open Organizer
On the menu click Edit à Preferences à Backup/Synchronization
You should see all of your albums and media files on your photoshop.com account.
Mark those checkboxes that you want to restore to your computer.
Click OK.

Only if you had them backed up somewhere. If you had them on your SD card, there is SD card recovery software that might be able to retrieve them. I haven't used one in quite a while, so can't suggest one, but you could do an internet search.

The only photos you can delete from the iPad directly are the photos in your Camera Roll. To do that, select the photo and tap Delete.
Other photos, for example in an album or in Photostream, cannot be deleted directly from the iPad. For photo albums, you have to delete the photos from your computer. For Photostream, you cannot delete photos individually... you have to delete the entire stream.

The world is full of software that can dig out lost or deleted data as long as nothing is written over them. Nokia must have this also.
So how to save my photos?

There must be a way to make this phone show up as mass storage drive so I could use photo recovery softwares for rescuying my photos. It would be ridiculous not to be able to do this. But they say at Nokia care that there is no way to do this. This is unacceptable.

When I applied a bevel and I didn't like the effect, I sent it to the little trash can to delete it, even when it said "are you sure you want to delete the bevel." I said yes because I thought that meant it would delete the bevel from being applied then. I didn't realize it would permanently delete the bevel from the palette (is that correct?). Can someone please tell me in non-geek terms if I can recover the bevel buttons? Thank you for your help!

Yes, you will need to find and delete the file mediaDatabase.db3. On a mac, go to your hard drive>library>application support>adobe>Photoshop Elements>6.0>locale>en_US (or your location). In Windows 7 or Vista, it’s in C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Locale\en_us (or your location). For XP, it’s C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Locale\en_US (or your location).
The next time you start the editor let it sit there till it rebuilds the contents of the panels. Don't try to use it till it's done.
